Our room had a used dirty Kleenex laying on the floor when we first got there. Our TV didn’t work and instead of sending someone to try and fix it. They told me to figure it out and try and fix it myself. Including if I needed to unplug and reset the cable box. When they came to “clean” (they didn’t actually clean. They just took the towels, they did not make the bed or clean anything else.) they took all of our towels, including the ones that were hanging up and didn’t leave us new towels.

Always a pleasure staying here

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was tasty. They gave us a playpen for the baby. They accommodate us request for extra shampoo and towels and stuff. Very awesome.

This is my go to go place to stay when I come to Pocatello I really like it. I do wish they have better pillows but other than that I will continue to stay here. Is always a good place stay.

Great stay during wrestling tournament

My family and I traveled to Pocatello for State Wrestling. The Hotel was full but very quiet and clean. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty. Nice variety of foods. Pool area was tidy. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.
