Staff was extremely rude. I asked for an explanation on some charges that we disputed and Naomi refused to answer any questions. Breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs, old potatoes and hard bacon. The workers made sure we knew it was not free. Our breakfast was supposed to be covered with a deal from expedia.com. which it was eventually. The food staff argued about it. Apparently you could get food to order like an omlet, but that was never offered to us. The room was standard and acceptable. The only problem was the thermostat kept changing temps on us. We will never stay here again. The rude food and desk staff are unacceptable for any establishment, especially a better hotel like this. I wish i could could get my money back, but i know that is impossible. Worst stay at any hotel in years.
