Well we weren't greeted properly the girl kept repeting the same stuuf which i am not dumb. Plus we wanted to go in the pool and there were trash around pool and plastic bottles floating sooo messy. Then i bought some water bottle and the frige dont cool nor cold anything

This is my first time staying at an IHG where the room was gross, it had mold and our heater broke day two. We moved rooms and the second room was a lot nicer but the cops showed up two nights in a row outside due to fighting so it made me nervous having my children with me there.
