Not a great room layout. Had to call the front desk twice to get all the bedsheets and linens for the pull out sofa. Shower nozzle needs to be replaced and upgraded. Someone complained about the food at the bar while I was there. And the towels in the pool fit only toddlers… will not be booking there again.

Good Location - No Frills

Location was good and staff was kind but the building is clearly old with one slow elevator, we got checked in and were told the wrong room number so we went up and down a few times. Looks like the rooms are in the process of renovation via a slap of new paint, the paint odor was strong in the towels and some of the bathroom fixtures were covered in painters tape that was never removed after painting.

Found a hair in the shower so makes me wonder how much is actually cleaned. Shower could have been built a little wider since there is more than enough room. Should be more light at the sink area.

A very comfortable stay in Olympia. Check in staff was very friendly and room was clean and spacious. There were several walkable restaurants around the hotel. Stayed here in between our travel to Olympic and Mt. Rainier National Parks.

Very welcoming! David greeted us with a smile and warm cookies. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, The hotel is located close to restaurants and the marina and attractions like the Farmers Market and Children’s Hands on museum. The hotel gave us coupons for the museum as well as a free appetizer for Anthony’s Home Port which was in walking distance of the hotel.

Lovely professional staff! Under construction in areas so they gave me a room away from it. Beautiful room and great bed but lighting for the mirror to get ready for the day was minimal. Rethink the lighting and you’re a 20/10.

Everything about our stay was great although we didn’t get the room that I booked but it was fine. The view from our window was kind of ugly- the roof with the air conditioner right outside the window, but no big deal. Renovations going on down the hall from our room, but it wasn’t a disturbance.

The hotel rooms are being updated which it needs. While our room was ok , it definitely needs to be updated so we're looking forward to that on our next stay. That being said even while being under construction the hotel was quiet and they did an excellent job in keeping the dust and noise to the very minimum. I do want to point out how great the staff is. Very friendly and helpful. Quick to help with any needs. This was our second stay in about a 1 1/2 years and it's nice to see some of the same friendly faces.

Almost perfect

Overall great stay. Only two issues…one of the two computers were not working at check in making the process akward. But front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The shampoo container in the shower was completely empty. Otherwise great stay. Would definitely recommend.

The bed was nice. The shower was all moldy. The bathroom was mold. It was disgusting. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in it and when I told the manager all he did was, I’ll check on it.
