3 rooms ADA rooms and 2 out of 3 had issues. Room 107 was 1st room had a weird smell and toilet leaked so switched to a different room 101 right next to family so great we had joined rooms but had issues with that room as well closet doors didnt work properly all rooms were different amenities! Check in at around 5pm and staff was helpful. 2nd room was 103 we noticed it smelled like smoke told front desk and she offered lysol spray which we used next we noticed carpet was wet next to bed thought maybe we someone spilled something but noticed the paint on wall was peeling so when they started the rollin in shower it flooded all the way to the toilet and had to point the shower head to the wall hence the leak in the wall and wet carpet. Didnt want to change rooms. Breakfast staff was horrible she was rude and cranky! No eggs, bananas or orange juice! Coffee was empty so she said give me 5 minutes because she was filling up the area. It was not done quickly nor did she fill both pots 2nd day oatmeal was cold and burnt, and same choices 2 days in a row and limited choices. Stayed 2 nights in the lacey location Wednesday and Thursday. We went to the one in Centralia 1 night on Friday and it was way nicer, staff was great, breakfast was wonderful with eggs, oj and lots of choices and very clean! Location is nice and quiet!

Saturday morning staff wasn’t so great. Early morning game and tried to grab a bagel and yogurt for my daughter. Staff yelled saying, breakfast is at 7….literally had 10 minutes. But I wasn’t just grabbing a cold bagel & yogurt. Almost $700 and this lady wouldn’t let a bagel go 10 minutes early to a kid. I wasn’t trying to grab the entire crappy cold breakfast

We needed to stay in the area for four nights. The overall stay was okay. The lobby looks to have been refreshed but it is not a newer hotel. The bathrooms have fans but the ventilation is not great. The room remains humid after anyone takes a shower. The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast had the same offerings everyday that we were there (potatoes, sausage links and biscuits with gravy). Our tv stopped connecting to cable/internet on the fourth day. They couldn’t determine why but offered to move us to another room but we declined since we would be checking out the next day anyways. It’s was average for the weekday price and felt overpriced for weekend price. It is a convenient location if you are staying in the Olympia or Lacey area.

Really a drag.

Quite an outdated hotel from the inside to outside, rooms need to be renovated, heck, renovate the entire hotel! It’s dated back to about 2010 in terms of overall looks, and it’s really starting to show. Bathrooms especially, starting to show cracks in areas of sink caulk, underneath is messy, dusty roof and vents, and rooms are dated as well, carpet needs cleaning, and entire hotel as stated before would benefit from a renovation. I wouldn’t recommend paying past $80 per night, keep this review in mind if booking!
