It's the least expensive for a reason. The beds and furniture is new and comfortable. However, the room walls and bathrooms are very much in need serious Re-do.

The room looked like I sreps into the 1980s. The chair in the room was broken, the screws were coming out of the security lock on the room. The desk clerk was helpful, pleasant and welcoming. She was the sinung star of this booking. There appeared to be homeless people living in back of the property.

I reserved a king bed with hide-a-bed to sleep 3. On arrival found no bedding for the hide-a,-bed. Asked desk clerk for sheets and a blanket. Received sheets, but was informed that they didn't have any blankets. Also, mattress on hide-a-bed was a poor excuse for a mattress!

The air conditioner did not work and the bathroom was old and grimy. We looked at a second room and the AC cover was broken. The caulk around the tub shower was falling out and discolored. The sheets were stained and the furniture had stains as well. We left and canceled the room and went to a Hampton down the street. The receptionist was nice and I am being kind.

The ceiling in the bathroom had a 6in circular area hanging down from water damage. The whole property was filthy. No breakfast as advertised. All the food dispensers were empty. No amenities.
