The room, linen, and towels were clean. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly! Check in was at 3PM, and we were allowed to check in earlier. It doesn’t get any better than that! We had a very good experience!

We had to book last minute due to the hotel we were at being absolutely disgusting and unsafe for my kids. Hotels.com came through with a great choice at a decent price. About 150$ less than the room rate directly with the hotel booking.

The room was perfect.Clean, comfortable and quiet staff was very friendly and the welcoming coffee was a nice touch. The morningBreakfast was excellent with both hot and cold options. We've stayed at this hotel many times and this time, the only thing that was a disappointment was the following... DISAPPOINTING Well, that's maddening. The hotel clerk last night, automatically created a hotel rewards account for me... But didn't bother asking if I already had one. This morning I get a cheery email from the hotel chain saying, welcome as a new member. When I called the hotel to ask them to delete that new membership card number, they can't do it. Now I have to spend hours on the phone fixing their mistake. I resent the hell out of extra work for me fixing people's mistakes. Grrr.

We found the room to be clean. The bed was comfortable and we Ike that there’s a couch in the room so you can spread out a little. What really surprised us was the food. I was able to have a veggie omelet and turkey sausage. That’s the first hotel we’ve seen that at!

We just needed 1 night to visit the nearby national park. Price was right and hotel was easy to find right off the interstate. Room was clean and didn’t smell. Beds were comfortable.
