The Penthouse at Pacific Winds is a unique vacation destination offering guests exclusive access to what has always been a private luxury residence, personally selected and lovingly maintained by the condo's original owners.

Your experience begins with the one-of-a-kind, top floor corner location with spectacular views of the Pacific ocean and miles of sandy beaches up and down the coast.

Enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Bask in the warm sunshine and watch for migrating whales on the long deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Relax on the leather sofa or recliners next to the river rock gas fireplace and unwind with a movie on the smart HDTV. Original artwork and quality furnishings are lovingly maintained.

When it’s bedtime you can retire to your choice of two bedroom suites, one has a king bed with full bath and one has a queen bed with full bath, and go to sleep with the soothing sounds of the Pacific right out your window. Both rooms have views of the ocean and the coastal forest.

While staying at Pacific Winds you will have free access to the Exercise Room, Game Room, Heated Indoor Pool and Spa, as well as unlimited high speed WiFi in the unit. There is an elevator from the underground parking up to your floor, with luggage carts as well.

The Penthouse suite was like a prime steak dinner with all the trimmings!! There were a myriad of little conveniences and items which just enhanced the experience. Can’t say enough about Shannon’s help and responsiveness. Highly, highly recommend! The only (very minor) issue was finding the keypad on the door as the lighting was dim. Again, Shannon was very responsive and helpful.

Coast, Chowder, Chocolate, and Cheese

Thank you for sharing what we consider one of the premier penthouse condos on the most picturesque coast in Oregon. During our 2+ week adventure we visited from Astoria to Florence on our Coast, Chowder, Cheese, Chocolate Campaign. The Lincoln City community offered us an excellent combination of shopping, scenery, and seafood. The star of our trip was the condo! The vistas from the professionally decorated, warm, inviting, spacious fireplace living area had us waking early for first light to witness the sound of the surf breaking. We walked the coast every day looking for sea glass, shells, sea stars from the convenient beach access a block away. Sunsets filled the condo with incredible colors cameras cannot accurately capture. I could go on, but I’ll let you create your own memories with a stay at this penthouse condo!

Emotional Reset

My mom passed away a few weeks before my stay. My youngest son was recovering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns he received a few weeks before his grandmother's passing. Both of us needed some down time. This vacation was just what we both needed. Quiet, clean, easily accessible tide pools, access to our favorite spots along the coast. Perfect and peaceful. It was lovely

We had the pleasure of staying this penthouse condo and it exceeded all expectations. My mom had recently recovered from months of physical rehab and going to the beach was a recovery goal and her 87th birthday. It was also to celebrate my sisters upcoming 60th birthday so I wanted a very special place where we could see and hear the ocean. The condo did not disappoint. The sweeping view from our balcony was nothing short of exceptional and you can also easily see the view while at the dining table or sitting area. The accommodations were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything any cook would need.The overall cleanliness of the condo was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This experience was absolute perfection, and it made for a memorable getaway with my mom and sister. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we would definitely book again. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice location and unit. The plexiglass on the deck is weathered so you need to stand or enjoy the View from inside. Parking is ample. Ez in and out and easy beach access.
