The Bahama Bay Resort is an exclusive, secluded and tranquil Caribbean-style Condo resort sitting right on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport.

The Resort is laid out over 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a truly beautiful place to stay, and only 7 miles from Disney World.

● Sleeps 6 (Sofa beds become uncomfortable very quickly)
● New laminated flooring (and tiles) in the living room and throughout the unit
● New full size stackable washer and dryer
● All TVs and appliances continually being upgraded to the latest technology
● Roku’s on all TV guest mode on fibre internet, just log into your Netflix/Disney/Youtube Apps.
● Brand new dining room chairs, light, paint and wall décor and LED lighting throughout
● Full size living room with recently updated living room furniture (sofa beds not included, become uncomfortable too quickly)
● Mattress always upgraded and furniture always being upgraded for 12 years since I was a host.,
● Baby table and chair and travel cribs all provided for the little ones.

As well as me as a host, we have an off-site management company who will be available to you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay, as well as the 24 hour reception, for any resort enquiries

All private listings are not on the Vacasa program and therefore should have management companies in place, and all do not have access to the onsite Gym and Sauna at the clubhouse. Otherwise there are no resort fees or extras to pay.

Destination wedding @ Disney!

Russell's clean 3-bedroom, very spacious condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was very well-stocked allowing us to make breakfast with ease. The natural grounds in Bahama Bay are really beautiful with plenty of walking paths. The sunset over the lake was gorgeous. We didn't get a chance to use the pools, but the two that we did see were very attractive and very clean. It was super convenient to just walk to a tasty dinner at the Tradewinds Restaurant on the premises and not have to drive anywhere. We attended a wedding and recption on the Disney properties and our own fun day at Epcot and it was an easy 20-25 minute drive to get there and back. Amidst the busy hubbub of Disney, Bahama Bay is a beautiful quiet haven! We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Orlando area! We highly recommend!!

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed in this first floor unit for the second year. It is close to the pool and has a quiet lanai. There is a new washer and dryer and new wall hangs throughout the unit. The family room has a large TV and each of the 3 bedrooms have TVs. The owner is very responsive to all questions which helped make our stay enjoyable.

Good for what we needed

The property is pretty cut and dry. The gated commu ity makes you feel safe and its very quiet. You arent too far from a lot of things. We spent our time at Disney and it wasnt a bad drive. Few things to note: there is not keurig, it is a coffee pot. Other than that it was great for what we needed it for.

Vacation time

The property was well presented as described, the host was most helpful, as there was/still is an issue with the safe, which sadly couldn't be rectified. The location was excellent (we have stayed at an alternative property at this site) and the staff were very polite. All in all we had a most pleasant stay, but my only comments would be regarding the cleanliness of the property. The towels were left dirty in the washing machine, there was a lot of dirt/rubbish under the beds, the floors were dirty, and the property had an issue with wildlife, over the two weeks we had Geckos, frogs, caterpillar's, cockroaches and large 3 inch black bugs in the apartment, most likely due to the small gap under the main entrance door. None of the above affected our stay, and were easily rectified. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone with mobility issues, as it is on the ground floor, with very easy access. We're looking forward to our next stay here.

Great Location, Great Amenities

Although listing as a Luxury unit itself is a bit of a stretch, it is perfect for families and we have already booked another stay. The pools and grounds are very nice and well kept. We felt very safe and secure during our 4 night stay. We had a few items that we suggested to the owner that would make our stay easier as well as bringing to his attention a slow drain in one of the bathrooms and were pleasantly surprised to come home late the same evening with drain unclogged and new items purchased for the unit that we asked for. Owner seems very willing to accommodate and make his guests stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay

Property was clean and inviting. We went to Disney World, and the condo was fairly close without being in the middle of the Disney madness. The guard at the gate of the complex did ask us to check in with reception to get a free parking pass, but after that we had no issues coming and going. Restaurant onsite was good and very convenient, but they are small and can get overwhelmed, so go when you're not in a hurry. Condo was well-stocked. Lots of fresh towels. Couldn't find the dish soap, but there were soap pods for the dishwasher, washing machine and hand soap at every sink. Thanks for a lovely stay!
