Complete floor renovation! No carpet all around the house!
The vacation townhome is located just west of Walt Disney World, and within a short drive of Universal Studios, Old Town Kissimmee, and SeaWorld of Orlando. It offers guests over 1,450 square feet of vacation living space across two levels. Children and adults alike will enjoy the south facing private splash pool within the screened patio without neighbors behind you, where you can host a lovely afternoon picnic pool-side. Take advantage of family-friendly activities and amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort during your stay.
Plenty of sleeping space is provided in the three bedrooms of the townhouse. A king sized bed is furnished in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a brand new queen sized bed, while the third themed bedroom has a brand new bunk bed. Three full bathrooms make it easy and quick to get ready for daily adventures at the Theme Parks.
The open floor plan allows guests to move freely in-between rooms. Cooks will love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all cookware and eating utensils. A brand new 50” TV with DVD player is available in the living room. Catch views of the pool area from the living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi internet access is free-of-charge and is an excellent way to keep in touch with family and friends who didn’t make it on vacation this year. For your convenience, a clothes washer and clothes dryer are provided.
The amenities and luxury of a 5-star resort are tucked away just behind the gates of Windsor Hills Resort. Just inside, guests will find the exceptional clubhouse with an outdoor lounge area is the hub of family friendly activities. Guests can work out in the fitness center. A spacious games room has football, air hockey, billiards, ping pong and more. The concierge, business center and sundry shop offer a variety of services and supplies. The pool and secluded spa refresh and revitalize. The waterslide is great fun for the young and young-at-heart.

Great Location, Great Amenities

We were very happy with our choice of this vacation house! If you're traveling with family, especially with kids, this place is a great option. The location is perfect for visiting Disney, Sea World, and other nearby attractions. Having a private pool and access to the resort amenities was truly a bonus. The resort's amenities are within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Alright stay

Check in was easy. Location is good. Close to Walmart, Disney, restaurants etc. the unit is in need of a deep clean. Walls, doors, baseboards were dirty. Bring a hairdryer because one is not available for use. Emailed owner to ask about one but did not receive a reply. Bring laundry detergent. You are expected to wash all of the towels before departure so you will need laundry soap. The plunge pool is very nice. We didn’t have it heated but the cool water was refreshing. Beds were comfortable. I wouldn’t book this unit again, but if you’re able to get it for a good price and can overlook some things then it can provide a comfortable place to stay while you’re busy exploring the parks during the day.

We've stayed at many Windsor Hills properties. The Location is great, the security guards at gate for check were awesome, all amenities are close by to resort. Close to Disney as well. House had everything we needed. Most of all the owner, Jack was awesome to deal with.

Family Getaway

We stayed at this VRBO almost a week, overall it was a pleasant stay. Loved the location easy drive to universal about 30 in light traffic. Pool at the resort was pleasant. Private pool could use a cleaning. Overall had everything you needed pots pans toilet paper. Very nice accomodations for a family. The bunk bed side rail upstairs is a little loose and it was worrisome because I felt like it could fall apart with the littlest pressure. But other than that, very clean and easy to enjoy all that the resort has to offer.

Windsor Hills is a lovely resort community and the townhouse was as pictured. Could use a deep clean but wasn't anything out of the normal for a vacation rental. Communication with the owner was top notch, fast pleasant responses to the questions and requests I had! We enjoyed the splash pool and the resort waterpark was an easy walk. I would stay here again.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of five. The home was clean and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the location was great for our son's soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The private pool was perfect for an evening splash and the heated community pool was fun for the whole family!

Location location location!

We had a quick commute to Disney each day during our stay. Unfortunately for us it was a quick trip and we didn’t even get to use the amenities of the resort, as we were at the parks all day. However, we would definitely stay again. Kids loved the splash pool outside though late at night.

We had an amazing week in this townhome located at Windsor. We chose this location due to the safety and security of this facility. The location was close to pool but quiet. All in all we had a great stay. Small hiccup at the gate on arrival but quickly resolved. Nice resort with amenities for all ages. Good location with easy access to convention center, disney springs, parks etc. Would stay again in the future.
