THERE IS NO BREAKFAST OR COFFEE! Hotel is ok. Elevators are not in sync. Everyone pushes buttons to call all the elevators. Very slow. Hot water takes forever - most of us took cold showers today. Ugh. The outside of the hotel needs to be cleaned - it is stained with mold. Parking is ample - but they charge $26/day and you have to use a parking app. Very annoying since there are other hotels nearby with breakfast and free parking.

Disappointed

I stayed at the Aloft from September 30 to October 1, and my experience was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I found a live bed bug crawling on the mattress. I immediately reported it to the front desk, left the actual bug in a napkin, and showed them photos I took for proof. Unfortunately, after reporting the incident, there was little to no follow-up or concern shown by hotel management. No one reached out to apologize, check on my wellbeing, or explain what steps were being taken to address the issue. For a hotel under the Marriott brand, this level of response is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and guest safety should always come first, and the lack of urgency or accountability in handling a bed bug situation is alarming. I expected far better communication and professionalism. I will not be returning to this property and hope management takes this review seriously to prevent other guests from going through the same experience.
