The shuttle service is Horrible. The hours dont mach the park hours. The bus did not arrive to pick us up one morning so we had to use Uber. We had to use Uber to Universal as the bus is 2 hours after the park opens and pick up 2 hours after closing time.

Good location about 5 minutes from Disney Springs. We think we were placed in a handicap accessible room (without requesting it) and were baffled that there is no door to the bathroom.

Great value

We live in Florida and we stay at this hotel often. The rooms are comfortable big TVs and comfortable beds. Great pillows. We’ve noticed overtime. The cleanliness of the common areas is not as nice or clean as it could be. Oh no nice hotel and a great value for the money and a great location close to both Disney and Universal.

Overall very good . Would stay again. Good location, easy in and out. Staff was very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice room with a great view of a lake and quiet. Just a few small things that could make the stay even better…. Hooks in room for bathing suits and towels, coffee was horrible…had to go to Wawa up the street. Shower leaked and is ruining the floor. Pool was small and bad smell coming from outdoor shower. Again just small issues but like I said I would stay again.

Starting with the good first, the hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was spotless even the room no traces of any residue from another guest. Love the bar and artwork, elevator wait wasn't too long. Great location if you are going the parks and/or outlets. Cons: Who in the world deserves to pay $29/a night for parking at the Aloft? This is not the Ritz. That's literal highway robbery. Marriott should be ashamed. It's a parking lot! The toilet paper was wayyy too thin and harsh. With that $29/night you charge all your guests, you should be able to provide Quilted Northern or at least Target's generic of it.
