I have stayed here 3 times while visiting Universal. The location and price are great. The staff are fantastic! The only problem is the hot water is awful and takes a long time to warm up. It was just an annoyance on previous visits, but this last stay I had to run the bath water for 15 minutes before it started to get hot! I will probably look for a different hotel next time.

Property has great promise, location is in a great place. There was work being done on the hotel outside so machines were taking up space the room I had was on the first floor next to the exit door which closed very loudly. There is a giant gap under our door That allowed noise and light in. The bed looked halfway broken at the bottom, the hotel, looked old, but improved in some ways.

Safe was broke, closet doors off the tracks, door for where frigerator is was broke also. Service was very good. Ladies at front desk were very nice.

My room didn’t have a microwave and when I call front desk and told them no one brought me one and I wanted to use the business area but the computer wasn’t working so I went to front desk about that and the girl was rude. The walls of the rooms are very thin, we both were able to hear what was happening in the other room late at night and morning. The bathroom was horrible and small for the price paid. The room even had 2 AC units and still was hot, we both woke up sweaty. The front office and everyone working there was good at their job and responded to our needs.

I just need a place to sleep ! I don’t appreciate how I was checked out of the room 12 hours later, which then messed up my plans to check in again. ( needed the $100 to do so ) The women blonde with eyeglasses who took my key to check me out seemed like she had a problem with me, I guess it was because I had a few complaints being I was sold last room or maybe it was an OOO , idk but I know the deal, and I honestly don’t care, I’m just not paying extra you know for a room in that status . I was a highly experienced Director of HSKP in NY. Started my path at The Doubletree in NYC ended my path by opening a Homewood Suites By Hilton on Long Island . So don’t ! I know body language I know about room conditions just by seeing it for a second so yeah she played herself . Or maybe because I’m beautiful? Ppl do get jealous but anyway . Since that was allowed and when I called and spoke to a Spanish male who couldn’t explain fast and correctly about this woman handling my check out, He said the housekeeper checked my room at 5am and that’s when the check out happened 😂 so there’s goes my $100 deposit so I can check in again , and as of today I’m still waiting …. Re-train your staff I think they forgot about customer service ! Lastly, thank you to the awesome staff at the deli in house ! Always attentive and respectful .
