You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. It is a very large hotel, but not very well maintained. Mattresses are old and spring (not the most comfortable) and the bed frames are rocky and squeaky. Fridge in room was not working so it was replaced with another that just gets cool. I didn't feel comfortable leaving food in there. No maintenance over the weekends. No hot water. Only gets warm. Barely comfortable enough for a shower. Front staff are not welcoming or friendly. I felt guilty for even trying to ask for anything, especially after the fridge. There was no information given about the facility at check in. The whole check in was confusing. They added the security deposit as a carge to a night. Charged both nights separately and charged the early check in fee separately. Could not find an ice machine anywhere. The room was not very clean, old furniture that has been damaged. Cigarette burns on the chairs. Light fixtures missing bulbs. Early check in fees when most the hotel seems empty. They also charge a resort fee when it is not resort. There was no food on site, pool was not open. Did not see laundry or ice machines. No bugs were seen.

The staff wasn't super nice. We asked for extra towel they almost denied it, until we explained that the extra towel was for the kids ( they only provided 2 towles when we have 2 adults and 2 kids). Bathroom wasn't very clean, there were hair in the bath tub that didn't belong to us. Room front door didn't close properly. The swimming pool doesn't look clean either.

I found the receptionist to be friendly and the property to be ok. It was a quick stay before heading on a cruise. I'd book again

The room was clean, that was the best part. The front desk workers were not very friendly, the entire place looks very old. Our room looked like they had tried to update it, but not very well. The air conditioner made the most horrible racket when it shut off, it sounded like it was going to drop out of the wall. There was loud music booming somewhere outside way into the night both nights. Will not be staying here again.

It was ok, found hair on the bathroom floor, floor wasn't vacuumed or cleaned the 3 days we were there. The service was ok. The area was ok. Alot to see and do in walking distance.
