We found a cockroach in our room. No coffee maker but coffee supplies. Only two towels so had to ask for more. Hot tub had no heater.

The room was old and run down. The AC unit Wass very noisy. The refrigerator was noisy. The mattresses were terrible. The continental breakfast was extremely basic. The check in process takes too long. The staff was friendly, it was the slow process not the person.

I reserved 2 nights, but left after one. I would very much like a refund for the second night and will be reaching out via other avenues to discuss. There are a few things I look for when booking a hotel. Two of which are a fitness center and hot tub. I won't book unless both are available. The fitness center was not open. It was being "remodeled", but it didn't look as though anyone was or had been working on it. The hot tub I'm don't think was working, but I wasn't going to try because the water looked cloudy and dirty. In addition to that when I booked Travelocity advertised what I paid as the "final price". I was charged 24$ more for a resort fee. I know resort fees in Florida are assessed, but dont advertise a final price that is not a final price. Lastly, check in was 4pm. That's fine, I showed up at 3pm hoping to get in early. It wasn't a problem I couldn't get in early, it was the way it was conveyed. Just very curt with no hospitality. Once again, I stayed the first night, but bc the amenities I wanted weren't available, I left. I would like a refund for the second night. Ps. One more thing. I had to change rooms bc the tv was broken. Not a big deal, but when you add it on top of the other inconveniences, it's just a lot.

The room they gave me was dirty they didnt change the sheets it was disgusting. I told staff they didn’t really care gave me another room that one was worse dirty sheets blood by the sink. I left and booked somewhere else.

This hotel has seen better days…it needs to be demolished and resurrected to its glory days. The first room I was assigned had carpet, refrigerator was rusting inside as well as the microwave. I got transferred to second room which had tile floors. Phone and alarm clock was for decoration because they do not work. I wish I could give zero stars.
