The property seemed to be not very clean. The floors were super dirty. The sinks and showers didn’t work well and there were tiny towels - 4 total for 7 people in 2 rooms. Staff were great but overall would Not come Back

Pretty disappointed with housekeeping spent several trips standing in line to get housekeeping to bring us sheets for the bed because a drink was spilled on it. Went in 4 xs throughout the day and finally was like if you just drop the sheets off in the room I'll make the bed. So i came back to the room after dinner to find unfolded sheets in a garbage bag on the floor while my bed was still unmade. I feel likt the amount you pay to stay here and the extras you pay for i shouldn't have to do my own sheets or request it multiple times a day. Also dont bother calling the front desk its never answered.

The stay in the tower rooms was fine. Pool area nice. WiFi was shotty and they charge for everything. (Early check fee, parking fee , resort fee, fee for this and that.

Too expensive for what I received.

Not so good. Room wasn’t matching expectations, the smell of humidity was strong bad. The water of the pool was very cold, the kids couldn’t enjoy as much as expected. The restaurant prices were too much expensive. The lady on the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I’m not happy, I feel that I paid an expensive price for what I received. My kids are two and four years old and they couldn’t enjoy their vacations.

Had a wonderful time. My 4 year old loved the waterpark and front pool!!! I would say the pool meant for little ones was the coldest pool, actually was ice cold, i would recommend that being warmer. Also bathing towels in the room could have been bigger. But we had a fabulous time there and would definitely go back!!! Would prob get the family suite option for some extra space!!! Thank you!!!

The multiple pool areas was great. Breakfast options were a huge plus. Only problem was the 1st guest attendant was very rude & unprofessional. Check in was at 4, I got checked in until almost 7 pm. I got here around 515 & he charged me resort fees and said room needed to be inspected by supervisor, wouldn’t be more than 10-15 minutes. 25-30 minutes later I see him talking to other staff and checking in guests so I go ask another attendant if my room is ready, he took all my info & said it was. The whole time I was waiting in lobby since my kids really wanted to get into the pool& he came up to me and said he’s been calling me but I “didn’t answer so he moved on”. The 2nd attendant helped me get checked in & got our luggage & everything was great. I asked the first attendant if I needed anything else for the breakfast since it was part of my plan and he said nope, the wristbands are all I needed. We head to breakfast the following day & apparently I needed vouchers for my entire stay. I had to go back to front desk and get those myself as well. I won’t be staying here again.
