Staff was very friendly and accommodating I asked to be moved into a quieter building and they moved us no problem. The food was very good. The location was perfect every thing we needed was a short walk or uber away. I would prefer coco key over a value disney resort any day. All lifeguards were on point and I didn’t have to worry about my kids roaming safely and freely. Complimentary water located throughout the lobby and water park was refreshing! We enjoyed coco key very much and will be visiting more often!

The page needs to update their description of this property. It is severely misleading. My room was water stained popcorn walls and ceilings, musty carpet, unrepaired likely hurricane damages around the windows, a “good sense” tropical smell packet taped behind the tv. The beds were stiff, the pillows are no more than those college egg crates foam pads. I checked for bugs. The door noted to lock BOTH deadbolts. There was no shower head, no toilet seat, no toilet paper holders. The complimentary amenities were glued to the counter and consisted of watered down lotion and a shampoo conditioner combo. The 4 restaurants are just the same kitchen with 4 named counters. The taco truck and the tiki bar had the same menu but could not serve the same items, again same kitchen so it made no sense. The staff was no where to be found and if you caught them for a question they mumbled like they didn’t know the property and gave vague directions. The shuttle service was a schedule on the check in counter for one drop off and one pickup time and if you missed it, oh well according to the front desk. I actually think it was the local bus service. We didn’t even touch the pools or the water park in fear of catching something. I tried to find other opening hotels while I was there. I am angry that we were catfished by this property.

Our stay was almost perfect. The only issue was the construction/demolition going on in building 2. Wish they would’ve told us that when we arrived. Was somewhat inconvenient to hear loud bumping at 9am all four mornings we were there!! Will stay again.

The bed and pillows award horrible. The $200 resort and parking fee was ridiculous…what was the resort fee for..we literally brought our own towels…the toilet wouldn’t flush half the time we had to keep resetting the tank….the room smelled like mold and the couch had stains all over it that were questionable

When I booked this hotel, I saw something completely different, than what is in the picture. The rooms are old. Furniture old, bathtubs old. The bed was broken. The hotel rooms and hotel were clean, but they had a lot of roaches. I paid everything online and when I got to the hotel, they charge me $253 in hotel fees. That was insane. I won’t stay in this hotel.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the water park and arcade were fun for the kids. Parking on the left of the building was horrible because that’s where the garage was and the smell was pretty bad. When we first got to the room my daughter killed a small roach in the bathroom and my wife found one in the mini fridge. The rug was extremely dirty which we noticed after my two year old was walking around barefoot and he feet looked like he was running in the dirt. The breakfast was not good at all and definitely not worth the $25.00. The water park and arcade were fun but the lifeguards were a bit rude. Definitely won’t be returning.
