We liked the breakfast very much. The lemon water was pleasant. We enjoyed the herbal teas. Our favorite is Earl Grey. When we arrived at 3 our room wasn't ready. They stored our luggage for us until our room was ready.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My husband, 2-year-old, and I were booked from March 7-11, but we couldn’t last even one night due to the terrible conditions. We checked out the next morning and found an Airbnb instead. The room was filthy—dust everywhere, mold and dust in the air conditioning unit, and soap scum, rust, and build-up in the bathroom. The pillows and sheets reeked. I was completely grossed out, especially being 8 months pregnant and having my child with me. To make matters worse, the noise was unbearable. I could hear everything—footsteps from the rooms above and conversations in the hall. I didn’t sleep at all. When we asked to switch rooms, the front desk refused, claiming the hotel was “booked.” The guests were also sketchy, and I did not feel safe at all. I tried to check out the next morning, but the front desk refused to help, saying Expedia had to handle it. Despite providing evidence of the poor conditions, the hotel refuses to refund us. This hotel has terrible customer service and is in awful condition. I strongly advise against staying here or at any of their locations.

We stayed at this hotel during March break 2025. It is located 10 mins drive to multiple Disney parks , 2 mins walk to Old town area which has 30 eating options. Pool is nice , parking is convenient , breakfast options are plentiful. It is great value for money !

Overall the property was well kept. There might be certain things in the room that could be updated to make it look more modern and clean. We stayed in a room with bathroom with a tub and it did show signs of being outdated. The suite we stayed on was very spacious and comfortable.

Front desk people helpful and polite. Check in was fast. Pool and hot tub were good. The floors around the elevator on each floor look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks! Sticky spills and grimy. The carpets in the hallways were just as filthy. Remnants of food and bits of garbage. Hallways always had a musty smell. Our room was pretty clean but was in need of repairs.

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed just one night following a cruise and prior to going to Disney World. The hotel was clean and the hospitality was terrific. We enjoyed the pool and had a restful stay.

Dirty and smells really bad

This hotel used to be good, we stayed there before a couple of times. This last experience was really bad. The hotel is in really bad condition, very dirty, it smells awful. We were given room 505, the whole 5th floor is in really bad condition. This was the last time we use this property, I don’t recommend it to anybody.

Where are the pillows?

Not sure how this ended up as a top 10 hotel in Kissimmee on trip advisor but I’d hate to see what’s worse. First off, walked into a pitch black room and the light switches at the door don’t turn anything on. Have to walk halfway into the room to find the first lamp. Then I see the bed and what appear to be their pillows made for a couch. On top of that they’re the flimsiest pillows I’ve ever put my head on. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Old, stiff spring mattress. Almost hit my shin on the bed frame that was sticking out. Room was dusty and overall not great at all. Got terrible sleep between the bed and AC that wasn’t sure if it wanted to get cold or not.

We arrived late evening with two kids of it had no been for that we would have left immediately. The rooms were not cleaned Previous hair in the bed shower/tub from another guest our key to our room would not open our door they said it was “fixed” and was not any and every time we left our room maintenance would have to let us in. And when we asked about it the from desk lady was in a sly way being rude.
