The pool was everything we had six rooms there we had bed bug bites on us the kids had bites one of the over night front desk attendant was rude ignored us every time we went to the desk to ask ? Are to get towels it was in a good location .

Structure of the door posts and lining of the walls were old and worn. The laundry facilities were out of service and I wasn’t able to wash my clothing. The toilet sometimes would not flush after the first time. The hotel structure and rooms is in dire need of repair and remodeling. However the complementary breakfast and room service was good.

Our check-in was easy and quick. Unfortunately, our room had beds that had clearly been made.. Not cleaned. There was hair, and grit, on both beds. It didn't ruin our trip and as far as comfort the beds were great. Other than that no complaints!

The hotel is well located and looks old and renovated. The most noticeable thing, which is absolutely unacceptable, is the bad smell in the hotel. As soon as you open the main door of the hotel, you are greeted by a musty carpet smell. The problem becomes clear upon entering the room; the sheets hadn't been changed and were full of dirty stains. The worst part was the sewage smell that came from the sink and shower with each use until the sink finally overflowed. The mattresses were very old and worn. The hotel was very crowded and my opinion won't affect anything; it seems like a hotel for a one-day stay only and not for a long stay. This is my second experience with Comfort Hotels and it will definitely be the last.
