Hotel was better before been here few times past and it’s been amazing this time was not so amazing front desk and bar/pool staff was amazing friendly and so helpful but breakfast and house keeping not so good Need to clean shower heads have mildew and mold all over them and breakfast was horrible and not tasting or looking good and finish so quick when I ask the lady behind the counter if more was comming out she rolled her eyes and said no and turned away to continue talking to the other lady very rude and unprofessional and unfriendly breakfast staff the last staff from last year was amazing and cared on how the food was served and cooked

There were undergarments in the bathroom of the room when we arrived that apparently belonged to a previous guest which made us question the cleanliness of the room immediately. There was an odor, several bugs, hair, dust and the floor was damp in spots. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no parking fee and the pool area was nice for such a dingy hotel, but we will not stay here again.

We spent a week here April 2025. We paid $665 for the week through Expedia. Will we stay again? Probably not. It's probably not the best area of town, but it's a great location if you're planning to do anything Disney. About 15 minutes from Disney Springs. Considering the amount of attractions surrounding the hotel, the number of cheer/dance teams, and the number of families with small children, I was impressed with how quiet our room was. Our room faced the pool, that was nice. The room itself was average at best. One of the lights didn't work and maintenance could not get it to work. The room was very dark. The bathroom was average. Both the room and bathroom were pretty dingy. The main reason we would likely not stay again is that we found it about impossible to get clean towels or toilet paper. There is a sign that says "extended stays will receive housekeeping every 3rd day, if you need something ask the front desk". That was fine. I'm not sure what accounts for an extended stay. We found that someone would come into our room everyday and take out the bathroom trash and remove any hanging towels or towels on the floor. However, they would not leave new towels or toilet paper. The front desk was great about giving new towels, but I feel if house keeping is taking the towels then they should replace them. Toilet paper took a bit more asking even though there was only a single partial roll when we arrived.

I have stayed here a a few years in a row always loved it bc the location is amazing price is amazing and always. Pleasant experience I stayed this time 9 days but this time I don’t know if they stop caring but room service was little To non existent had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels after a few days no service breakfast staff was rude and not welcoming ask a question if any more food was coming out at 745am lady rolled her eyes and said no and walked away continued to talk to the other two rude lady’s I ask another lady if there was more spoons the lady ignored me and walked away very rude the breakfast options declined as well wet runny eggs a meat option and white toast and Mickey waffles for the kids but the batter was not good very chewy and bland … the gentleman and ladies at the front desk was very polite and welcoming and helpful and the staff at the pool was also friendly the pool area was still Good they added food options which is amazing addition we had a guest keep invading the area a raccoon every day but staff did a good job getting it out the pool area very quickly

Perfect location. There is an icemaker on the floor, an ATM in the lobby and an area where you can purchase chips, cookies, candy, etc. steps away from Bronson Hwy which is the one of the major highway to get around. It is literally at the front of Old town. Great hotel to stay if you have kids. You can view kids riding around on rides and even the Ferris wheel. Along Bronson Hwy, you would find pizza, Japanese restaurants, Dollar stores, etc. Great location!

Always a nice stay.

Havent stayed here since 2017. Pretty much the same so that was nice. Quiet. Nice pool area. Old Town is right across the parking lot. The only complaint we had was the pillows. Oh they were awful. I needed to use THREE to make it feel like one pillow. Paper thin. So an upgrade to the pillows in the rooms would be a game changer! :)
