This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My husband, 2-year-old, and I were booked from March 7-11, but we couldn’t last even one night due to the terrible conditions. We checked out the next morning and found an Airbnb instead.
The room was filthy—dust everywhere, mold and dust in the air conditioning unit, and soap scum, rust, and build-up in the bathroom. The pillows and sheets reeked. I was completely grossed out, especially being 8 months pregnant and having my child with me. To make matters worse, the noise was unbearable. I could hear everything—footsteps from the rooms above and conversations in the hall. I didn’t sleep at all.
When we asked to switch rooms, the front desk refused, claiming the hotel was “booked.” The guests were also sketchy, and I did not feel safe at all. I tried to check out the next morning, but the front desk refused to help, saying Expedia had to handle it. Despite providing evidence of the poor conditions, the hotel refuses to refund us.
This hotel has terrible customer service and is in awful condition. I strongly advise against staying here or at any of their locations.
