We tried to reschedule our trip in part due to my husband's severely sprained ankle. The agent we chatted with refused, stating he had to work with his tools. We were assigned a room on the third floor after waiting almost an hour to check in. The third floor wouldn't normally be a problem except the elevator was out of order. All in all it was a miserable experience 😡

I recommend this hotel. The welcome is warm, I am very satisfied with the room, the breakfast was very varied, and the staff were very attentive. The only downside would be that the floors in the rooms are a little sticky and the bathroom decor is quite old.

Whole place is a joke. Desk tried to add $7.81 "resort fee" after booking & payment, plus $100 deposit. Smelled moldy. Furst room offered had shower ceiling collapsing into tub. Signage outvfront said "Developer Inn" NOT Baymont, though front desk had Baymont logo. Bad look all the way around

The room was decent. But it was next door to the jail. No real food or activities near by. Hotel looks like recently bought out, many rooms out of commission. Wouldn’t do it with my family again. But decent for the price.
