Nice hotel! Clean room, furniture and kitchenette appliances appear fairly new. The staff is helpful and courteous. Free, full breakfast that includes omelets, waffles, pancakes, sausage, pastries, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee. I would give 5 stars, but the parking is in an open lot across the street. Ample parking that seems safe although it’s adjacent to the Icon Park parking deck that’s very active on weekends. Hotel is steps away from a strip mall with a few restaurants. McDonald’s and WaWa is less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay again.

My only issue was during my 9 days stay my room was cleaned/ beds made 1 time. The housekeeping staff was not the best. One day 5 I spoke with the front desk, and they sent someone up the next day, but that person only touched up the bathroom and that wasn't the best either. Luckily, I travel with cleaning supplies, so I was able to freshen up our room. After an extended stay, such as this one I like to leave a "thank you note" and a $100 tip on the nightstand for the cleaning staff. This time I did not because there was nothing to thank her/him for. The front desk staff, the valet staff, and the maintenance staff were all amazing. The location and the cost were pretty good so I wouldn't mind staying again but I will be bringing my own cleaning supplies from home (just in case). It makes me sad to even have to do that because outside of that issue it truly was a great place to stay.

Everything would have been mostly good until the morning I needed to leave and couldn't get my car because the key was locked in a back room, And the front desk didn't have access to that room. I had used valet services and they didn't start until 7 in the morning. I was told, no worry.The front desk would have my key in the morning. Waited forty minutes to get my vehicle.

Situated in close proximity to the Orlando International Airport (MCO), Universal Epic Florida, Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park, and the Florida Mall, the Hotel location offers convenient access to a wide range of dining options Within 2 minutes walking distance of the iconic park. The accommodations at the Element Hotel are exceptional, featuring newly renovated room that are comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is OK and the staff are friendly. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary coffee throughout the day in the breakfast room and also the coffee maker available in the room. The filtered water it was perfect available in my room, so I didn’t need to purchase any water from outside . If I were to visit Orlando again, I would absolutely choose to stay at the Element Hotel.
