Checked in late- didn't realize parking was a $25 fee...and it has to be paid by scanning an qr code....we were at the hotel for 6 hours...paid 300$ for the room and paid 25$ for parking, which seems excessive for an overnight and at a 300$ hotel room.

Room was mold infested, staff were uninterested in helping remedy the problem during and after the stay. Elevators are barely functioning. One plus, the staff in the dining area were extremely helpful and accommodating.

This hotel has spacious rooms, great service, awesome omelets to your specifications and evening drinks. All rooms overlook the interior and look down on bar/dining area. Great airport shuttle service and we used Uber to get to cruise ship but hotel also can help arrange transportation. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again.

The food on the breakfast buffet was stale. The grill at the omlet station was dirty and looked like it had not been clean all week. The carpet was tearing up all over the hotel and needed to be replaced bad. The room smelled like a dirty diaper. I would not recommend
