Room was nice, lil warm, the view was of the roof and ac system so nothing impressive! The breakfast was good as usual, potatoes were really good! Wife loves the omelette station! Everyone was friendly and attentive!

Property was nice/children loved it! When requested to get sheets changed, they brought the sheets to the room and left them on the couch for us to change. We had to call back and have them come change the sheets. Was also over charged by $704 dollars and still waiting for refund! Pool area was nice Room was spacious but bathroom was a bit small Every time we asked for water there was none. Not even in the vending machines Overall 3/5 experience Staff was nice but several things could have been better Kids enjoyed it 100%

Staff was real nice. We were in the Lena Suites, outside with the pool view. The room we were in was not the best. Our bath tub was not right. It was not leveled and if you weren’t careful getting in, you would have definitely fallen and gotten hurt. The room also had a mildew smell and we had tiny bugs around the sink area by the microwave. The plumbing was horrible. The sinks and tub did not drain well, nor did the toilet flush well. We had to call for service for the toilet because water was going to overflow everytime we flushed and nothing was flushing down. The tub, had very poor drianage. You are literally standing in a pool of water while taking a shower. I would not recommend this hotel, the pictures look very deceiving on the website.

recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The room and surrounding areas—including the elevator, stairs, and laundry room—were dirty and poorly maintained. There was trash scattered throughout the property, especially around the pool and parking lot. People were eating and drinking in the pool area, which only added to the mess. What made me feel particularly unsafe was that the parking lot gate was left open throughout my stay. This made the area feel unsecured and added to my overall discomfort. To make matters worse, the area near the pool had a terrible odor, similar to that of a dead animal. I had planned a relaxing weekend getaway with my daughter, but I was so embarrassed by the conditions that we spent most of our time away from the hotel. When we returned home, I washed all of our clothes immediately out of concern that bugs or pests may have traveled home with us. While the staff at check-in and during breakfast were kind and professional, the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a safe and clean environment for future guests.

We started off with the front desk receptionist giving attitude and I’m sure it’s because it was an influx of check in. The worst part was the room was very unkept with damaged furniture, very dingy gross carpet and the AC wouldn’t go below 75°. Icing on the cake is that we asked for a crib and when the pack and play arrived, not only did it not stay open but there were German cockroaches crawling inside of the ensemble. This was one of the dirtiest stays we’ve ever had and if it wasn’t for it being late by the time we wanted to leave, we would’ve left and asked for our money back.

I like that we was close to Disney Springs. I didn't like the cost of self parking ($25) as a guest was a little to much. My wife and I backs, were hurting because the mattress was very worn out. The room door would not lock unless it was slammed shut. I had to double check it to make sure it was lock. I reported it but it wasn't fixed. The bath tub drain stopper broke and had to get the fix it. The guy came pop it up and said don't step on it. The part was still broke. Then I had two call for wash cloths twice. Finally, I noticed that the hotel only had two carts to help bring in or take your luggage out. I am not sure if I will stay here again.

Me and my husband loved this hotel. It was such a lovely property. The room was very spacious and clean, and loved how the room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. The ONLY thing that we did not like was, one of the days we decided to take a nap but couldn't because of construction being so loud. But they are renovating the rooms, so when else are they supposed to do their work? Overall this hotel is wonderful and cannot wait to bring my kids next trip!
