Ok, not the best, no the worst…..

They saw I entered with a walking cane and they put me in the farthest away from the elevator room. Toilet was running when I entered. I took the top off, made an adjustment, all was well. Two drinks for happy hour now. They were good drinks however! Didn’t like the placement of the towels. Not everyone can bend to the floor!! They charged $18 for parking. Wow!! Overall close to Joe’s Crab Shack and I enjoyed affordable King Crab!! Delicious!! This place is so close to many restaurants!! Will stay there again if it’s the lowest price.

Just ok, not blown away

The parking was not free. I am frustrated by Hotels.com not including this information when the hotel room is purchased. If the parking is not included and you will be charged $15-$20 PER DAY to park, that should be included as a fee. This is the second time that I have booked a hotel through hotels.com and we have had extra fees when arriving. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I was so grateful that we were not staying any longer. Overall the experience was fine but I wouldn't stay here again if I had another choice (Orlando has tons of other choices).

Property is perfectly placed as a cheaper option to some of the larger hotels on the main road. The largest downfall of my stay were the terrible tv options (no options for streaming at all) and the terrible housekeeping. The only thing my housekeepers did for my entire stay was make my bed and lay fresh towels. There was still trash from the night before, I would come back to no soap in my room, empty soap bottles still in the space. Just not a thorough cleaning job.
