Very central, my only complaint would be coming back to our room at 3.45pm ish and room service had not been attended to , then got a knock on door , had to vacate while they then completed our room service

Well located property, a very easy walk into the main part of Queenstown. Room not overly big and wasn’t serviced during our stay. Great breckie rolls at the cafe which was a good way to use the Expedia voucher.

Very friendly staff!! Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom very small so might be difficult for a larger person. Room with minimal furniture, very basic but clean. Close to restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Newer hotel in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. Rooms are a good size and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised with our room which included a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable. Considering its central location it was very quiet. A short enjoyable walk to the lake and shopping area. The attached restaurant serves excellent pizza. Would definitely stay again.

I would have given this property five stars but there were two aspects which were not good. First, the good aspects were that the property was located in a convenient place that the Queenstown downtown area was walkable. Additionally, the view from the room was amazing. However, the two aspects that were not great were - 1. The staff at the front desk were not the most helpful, and 2. The property does not have parking in the hotel. We were traveling from another country and we were looking for help to find parking nearby. Unfortunately, we were asked to look for street parking. After roaming around for 45 minutes, we couldn't find street parking at all. I wish the hotel staff were more helpful and empathetic to our situation. Nonetheless, the lack of parking space ruined our trip to Queenstown. Overall, it is a good hotel with no parking space.
