We stayed six nights, the front of the hotel is very hard to find as there is no dedicated drive-up to unload or exit a vehicle with luggage, most UBER drivers pick up and drop off at the side of the hotel where you drive in to the parking garage door. Check in was easy and quick. Parking is underneath the hotel and is very limited, street parking is available but is impossible to find anything open. Once you check in and if there is parking in the garage you can take the elevator directly to your floor. The room was small, clean and came with a kitchenette and it came with a washer and dryer which was necessary for us. The restaurant is attached to the hotel, we ate there once and had pizza and the beef stew, both were made with fresh ingredients and tasted good but I thought the prices were pretty high compared to the restaurants in town. Queenstown is very hilly and the hotel is located higher up than the city and waterfront, the 5-8 min walk down is no problem but walking back up could be a challenge for some. An UBER from the hotel to the city is about $14 NZD depending on where you get dropped off. The staff were polite and helpful when we needed help, my one complaint was the day of check out, at 10:15am the cleaning staff knocked at our door to ask when we were leaving, checkout is 11am so I found this a bit rude and an attempt to get us to leave so they could clean the room.
