I want to start with saying the staff is so nice. They did great and are great.
This is perfect for what they really do and that is help families that are having problems with homelessness. If you are just staying a couple of nights you are better staying somewhere else. It is old looking and nothing has been updated. There is a smell right when you walk in, in the lobby. Strange that they would not try to combat that smell with just some simple plug in air fresheners.
It says there is no extra fees on this hotel explanation on the app but there is. I know not much but you will get charged 2.15 for a tourist fee. I am not sure if it is per night because I only stayed one night.
Also, it says there is breakfast. There is not. Just coffee and fruit bars. That is fine but they shouldn’t be able to list that as complementary breakfast.
This hotel is not terrible. It is just a hotel for extended stays or to live in permanently like it is set up to do.
