Nightmare!

I booked online & was given a confirmation number as well as a confirmation email for my booking. I was in Orlando due to my son‘s first family weekend at UCF. I stopped by the hotel a little early and was told that they could give me the parking pass but the room was not ready, which was fine. I was able to obtain the parking pass and proceeded onto UCF. After the game & festivities at UCF, I went back to the hotel to check in & no one was at the front desk. After continuing to call for 15 min.,finally a gentleman appeared and was VERY rude & made it known I inconvenienced him. He told me that the young lady who gave me the parking pass was in BIG trouble, the hotel was overbooked & she had no right booking a room for me due to not have any rooms available.(I did not book with the young lady as I had booked online, so she did NOTHING wrong) & she was the only pleasant contact aside from the online booking that was had with this nightmare. He was very angry said he found me a room & “I was on luck” & treated me as though I had created this mess & here I am a paying customer!. I headed up to the room to only share the elevator with someone who was on something and it was quite an experience having to get to the room without being followed. I finally get to the room and the smell knocked me over when I opened the door. The room was not clean, smelt & all I wanted to do was get out of there! I left & would NEVER recommend this Extended Stay Hotel… it was a NIGHTMARE! Chris

I gave a terrible review because for whatever dumb reason - I had a reservation- tried to check in early they said I couldn’t that is fine. Got a parking pass and left one of our cars there. Told them I wouldn’t be checking in until after 10pm. They said ok. At 7 pm they called to tell me I no longer had a room there even though I had a reservation because everyone had checked in. This made no sense to me. But needless to say I will never stay here again

There was no shampoo, conditioner, and only one available soap bar. My stationary desk was a literal un-cushioned patio chair and table. Had a un-cushioned bed-board too. Was not able to sleep due to constant tapping noise; regardless if the AC was on or off. Finally; disappointed in lack of amenities or breakfast option.

There were roaches in our room. It was dirty, room had a weird smell- had to go buy a candle & disinfectant wipes to wipe everything down to feel ok about staying 2 nights. Hallway, elevator all smelt horrible. On a positive note, felt safe, but wouldn't recommend.

Awful Stay – Broken Appliances, Cockroaches & Overbooking! ⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was terrible. The room was dirty, appliances were broken, and worst of all, we found cockroaches. To make things worse, the hotel canceled my original reservation because they overbooked, forcing me to make another reservation at a much higher price. We reported the issues to the front desk, but nothing was done. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel

The room smelled like dirty laundry. There were roaches. The room looked like it had been through it. Highly doubt the A/C has been serviced in a decade. There was a person drugged out sitting next to the elevator. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at ever, and I’ve been all over the world.

The room was clean but it smell was awful. It smelled like old water or something musty. I had to spary some freshener. Its definitely a place where people live at daily. The halls smelled of pissed on floor 2 good thing we were on 4.

ROACHES!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. It’s very unfortunate for anyone forced to stay overnight as roaches crawl around the bed and ceiling. The photos don’t even show all of them. Do not book here unless you want to burn your belongings.

The evening staff was friendly but we could tell she didnt want to be there. The day staff was better. Walking down the hall to our room, there was a server door open with a fan going to make sure the technical didnt over heat. Upon checking into the room we found something lodged into the light fixture in the bathroom. I am not sure if it was a chewed cigar, feces, or a dead mouse. I honestly do not want to know what it was. when maintenance cleaned/repaired the fixture, they didnt clean the mess they made off the sink top. The room overall had a weird chemical smell. Every time there was maintenance done on the light fixtures in the room, no attempt at patchwork on the walls or ceiling was done. Masking tape was used to keep the blinds on the wall; no curtains. The hotel has a bug infestation, worst of all were the roaches. We had to smash cockroaches multiple times during the 2 night stay. The refrigerator barely works, put food in there at your own peril. Make sure you use all door locks, people were trying the door all night. The floors were dirty. It is clear that absolutely no care is put into any form of maintenance or cleanliness. Its was not worth the $204 charged for 2 nights.

Roach motel

Our room had a roach infestation. As a pregnant woman, I get up frequently through the night. I turned the bathroom light on, and a minimum of 20 roaches prevented me from using the restroom. Once I finally fought through the roaches, I washed up and got myself a snack. While sitting up in bed, eating my crackers, I saw roaches crawling on the wall. I wondered why I didn't see anything about roaches or cleanliness issues before booking. Upon checkout, I told the front desk of the problem, and they stated the room was recently treated. To sum it up, this property is a roach motel.

I'm only leaving this review is hopes that the hotel will address the cleanliness of the hotel the room was dirty, holes in doors,smelled like mold and ROACHES babies and adult size I never wanted to leave a hotel so fast in my life I hope it gets worked on the service was nice though and the employees were very kind
