The stay was mostly uneventful beginning with Vanessa being so kind and professional to assist me with my late check-in. The non smoking room was clean, and towels sufficient. The apartment sized refrigerator was extremely clean and no foul odors. The one problem I had was on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 the day I was to attend my daughter’s Graduation I was going to shower and there was NO WATER in the entire hotel. In a panic I called the front desk and was informed there was work being done on the water lines, and that there was a note put up the day before that water would be shut off between 11am and 3pm. However, I was not there the day before, and when I checked in that night it wasn’t mentioned there wouldn’t be water, and there was no sign visible in the open or in the room. This caused me a great deal of stress, and I had to scramble reaching out to someone so that I could shower. I almost missed my daughter’s very important event. The Staff also could or should have called me before my arrival and assisted me in getting another hotel due to whatever issues they knew they had to repair. That was basically an entire day gone to waste. Management told me to contact Expedia to assist me with this issue.
