We had to move rooms because we had no hot water. They charged us more money for incidentals sine we booked through Travelocity. They charge us $70 when we checked in then later another $90 with nothing being said when we checked in. The bus to the parks was horrible, a window was shattered and there is something wrong that made it extremely loud.

We’ve stayed her multiple times now and will continue to do so! We stay here when we drive down from VA to visit Disney. My son loves all the sports facilities, pool and how easy it is to walk to the shops. Everyone is so welcoming and rooms are always perfectly clean/nice.

Josh was wonder and took great care of us. While we were waiting for a delivery we watched him handle the influx of guests like a pro. The beds were comfortable. The suite was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We loved the pool and drinks. We opted out of housekeeping but they did help us when we needed a few supplies.
