The place looked run down, dirty and unkept. It is not a Ramada. They just threw a sign over the old hotel name. We specifically got this hotel for its water park, which was not running. No slides only a pool.

The rooms where bigger than expected however the house cleaning is poorly done!!! My daughter and I stayed for cheer competition over the weekend and I unfortunately had to clean my room. Due to the fact of the amount of DUST my daughter is severely allergic to dust. Breakfast was good however there coffee was delicious and got me ready for our busy days ahead. They had a game room but the machine to get the card to play the games wasn't working. They did have a basketball hoop and a playground.

Room was OK, that was not a Continental breakfest, worst breakfest ever seen, no fruit, no more coffee cream, no bacon,sausage,etc. if we want eggs,bacon,has brown ,etc. we had to pay an extra $9.95. coffee cup was so small, Worst breakfest ever seen at Wyndham hotel. Also shuttle service was not in service this week end…….

Water park and outdoor activities were closed. Restaurant closed at noon. ‘Breakfast’ was cereal and toast for me. I don’t like hard boiled eggs. Without the restaurant being open there was only one other sketchy restaurant around, nothing within walking distance. Room was very dated and did not appear clean. We cut our stay short and moved elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone.

I wasn’t too happy with the room. They need to redo their rooms and clean them up. I forgot to take pictures, but it had like scummy stuff all over the floors. My kids feet were black from the dirty floors for being the area that it is and has a lot of people you would think that they would do better with their rooms. I wasn’t impressed and I will probably never go back.

The activity room was closed the water slides which were the main reason we decided to stay there closed. Hot tub was freezing. It was extremely loud even during quiet hours. When I said something to the staff they did nothing so it made getting an infant to sleep impossible. Housekeeping did do a great job though I will give them that.

Unfortunately the hotel is not what the photos show slides were shut down (no water park ) and hot tub was freezing cold. The first and only night we stayed there was a fight of some sort at 4:30 AM outside our room. There complimentary ride to SeaWorld left my family stranded. We called the front desk which said they would call him and an hour later we were still there waiting, so we took an uber back to the hotel. Lastly, we checked out after one night due to arriving home after SeaWorld to roaches in our room.

Bathroom wasn’t in decent shape. Standing water as we bathe… we were baiting in filth. TV also wasn’t working. Customer service was decent. Breakfast wasn’t good. Wait time for dishes/utensils and also food was extremely long. Literally no plates/cups and food selection was consistently empty.

Bed bugs— my child is covered in bites. There was also a trash mound next to our building. The room was leaking brown water in the restaurant.
In this area— there is a huge mound of trash and trash bags. Never seen anything like that. Looks like a junk yard.
