First I had an issue with the carpet in my handicap room, a square piece in the center of the room was completely lifting at the corners, I tripped on it and was lucky to not have fallen, I had to put the desk chair over it to make sure my disabled mother avoided tripping on it too, I informed both the front desk and a staff member via text about this issue and was only offered an apology.
Second, the cleanliness of the hotel was poor, floors in the hallways and lobby and elevators looked like they hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in days. Trash overflowing in the trashcans and the pool and hot tub were always dirty.
Third the luggage carts were terrible to try and push/pull and need replacing.
Fourth i called about a month ago to ask about free transportation to the WDW parks and was told they do provide it to all the WDW parks, showed up to check in and discovered they only provide free transportation to 2 of the 4 disney parks (HS and MK) which of the 2 they do we were not going to. We were going to Epcot. So i had to scramble to find transportation to take us. Wasn't happy about that.
I honestly wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel, the only thing that was good was the breakfast and the staff was friendly.
