Franklin checked us in, his customer service was PHENOMENAL. He should be training all the front desk people. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I’m in the area.

The room wasn't ready by 3:00 due to a staff shortage, but we didn't have to wait long. Other than that our stay there was very nice. We'll definitely be back. The only thing I didn't like was the sliding barn door to the bathroom. It's a beautiful facility.

This hotel was clean and smelled great and very well taken care of. The room was spacious. Beds could have been more comfortable and the water pressure was very weak, but other than that, its a very nice hotel and I would stay there again the next time I am in the area.

No power but room was clean

Room was good. The power in our room went off during the night for some reason. Woke up with no AC or lights. USB’s didn’t work. Told the staff they said the breaker tripped. They didn’t offer any discount for their faulty electric. But the room was clean, staff (Franklin) was outstanding. They just need to fix the outlets.

My son and his family stayed at this hotel and they said the hotel and services were fine, however, the billing is not good, they billed so much to hold that it overdrew my account, that money was actually not processed, now 2 days after they checked out, I still have not been billed for the remainder. The manager I was emailing is out until 8/1, I called the hotel and the manager on duty did not want to deal with this issue. The handicapped parking needs to be closer, my dad and I are both handicapped and we still had to walk along way
