There was a lot that went wrong with this stay. When we first got there there we had to wait 20-30 minutes just for someone to check us in since no one was at the front desk. Once they gave us our keys to our room the keys would not work. We had to walk downstairs more than 5 times to try to reactivate the keys. They still wouldn’t work. A maintenance guy had to use a master key to open the room for us. We asked what was going to happen he said he would try to fix it if he couldn’t then someone would come the next day to fix it if not we’d get another room. We left and came back later that evening and were told to call the front desk to have someone come open the door for us which we had to wait nearly 45 minutes before I still had to go downstairs and tell them we were still waiting. He said he gave the maintenance guy the wrong room number. When we got into the room we were going to lay down but the sheets were dirty so we called downstairs again to have new sheets brought to us which we had to wait 15 minutes before we had to go downstairs again since no one ever came up. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not draining and the mini fridge was not working either. I was so frustrated with them at this point I wanted a new room but they were booked for the night. Thankfully they put us in a new room the next day but by no surprise those sheets were dirty as well. Other things that are just crazy is you have to pay $27/night for parking and you have to pay for breakfast.
