Hilton Garden inn’s are always nice. We’ve stayed at Garden inn’s several times before. However this one seemed to be short staffed on a bz Saturday . Key cards didn’t work.. and no AC in the hallways. The hotel is in Orlando Florida, u know it’s hot. It’s near Disney, so it’s pretty bz but they only had one person at the desk during check in. The key card system was down so after every check in, the front desk person had to walk them to their room to unlock the door. I felt bad for him because he’s so bz and he didn’t seem to have any help. O! And also they charge $27 a day for parking! Which is ridiculous. Great hotel rate.. but if u add in the cost of parking it’s actually not that great. I actually have another stay reserved in September and I’m gonna cancel it. The hotel was clean and nice but the short staff, steamy hallways and key card issue is a deterrent.
