Had the most beautiful honeymoon here, for 5 days the way was perfect, the staff was nice, even the tiki bar was amazing. Cat specially was so nice and funny each time we came down stairs in the morning, made there enjoyable. The room was so nice very spacious and the bathroom was spectacular. The hot water was nice touch loved the whole day throughout the whole end of our time there would definitely come back again.

Customer service in the lobby was atrocious. The lady in the morning when we asked about service charges that were never disclosed to us, couldn’t even look up from her iphone to talk to us. I’ve never encountered anyone more rude in my entire life and I’ve been traveling as an adult for 35 years.
