Friendly staff and loved being so close to Disney Springs and lots of dining options. Sadly the weather did not allow for much use of the facilities but the pool area and bars were very inviting. Will definitely be back!
Property was nice, but the rooms feel a bit dated for $300 a night. Hilton staff will also pester you by the pool to do a timeshare presentation, got bothered by it 3 different times while trying to relax by pool. Very annoying.
Also alerted front desk to light not working in bathroom and it wasn’t fixed so had to shower in dark last day.
Hotel design was bad. The noise at night from the bar carried throughout much of the hotel. Not great for sleeping when the bar was active. Had to walk up hill from parking to the hotel. People were great but the layout was bad.
It was the worst experience at a Hilton. Check in at 10p
Took a long time, then the room was dirty, stuff spilled all over walls that cooled like coffee or coke. Hair in the bathroom on floor and back of door
Then 6am the room next door a bunch of guys started screaming yelling swearing, fighting swearing non stop, woke up my 2 young kids. It continues for an hour. Called front desk, not sure if they did anything. Then 10am a Hilton mechanic came with a utility cart and was drilling in room next for the loud metal on metal screeching vibrating the walls. It was HORRIBLE experience not relaxing and NOT on brand for Hilton. It was disappointing for a room that was +300 dollars and was more of a motel 6 experience
Staff was very friendly. Loved that it was walking distance to Disney Springs! Room was clean and just the right amount of space for our family without feeling too cramped.

Disliked: Amenities
El personal de lobby pesimo y el cuánto muy mal en condisiones pague tanto dinero por mal cuarto mal servicios no lo recomiendo para nada
Our experience was great overall. The hotel has a lot to offer for families. When we arrived Friday afternoon , we were hoping to eat outdoors. The outdoor pool bar was closed due to cooler temperatures. My husband only had about an hour before needing to leave for a work event. The restaurants inside the hotel did not open until after 5. Staff in the lower lever cafe did not know that we could order food at the bar on the main floor near check in. Unfortunately by the time we could put where he could order a meal, it was too late and he had to leave for his work event. Other than this we had a great experience.
The hotel was very clean and within a few minutes walking distance to Disney Springs. Essy check-in. Nice amenities if you're there for a longer stay. Our room had a separate elevator for it and maybe 5 other rooms which was nice because we didn't have to ever wait for an elevator, but the room itself had a few problems. The hot water for the shower would last a few minutes, then go cold, then go hot again. There was a banging sound inside the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. It wasn't constant but it did wake us up several times at night. There was no light at the entry of the room... the only lights are in the bathroom and bedroom, no light in the area by the closet and door but there were light switches. There was large a window in the bathroom that had a privacy shade but didn't cover the sides of the window completely, which looked out over a courtyard. Lastly, the hallway to our room was FREEZING and the large gap under the door let cold air in, making the bathroom and entryway very cold, so we had to stuff an extra blanket into the gap since the layout of the room didn't allow heat from the A/C to get to the bathroom area. All in all a very strange layout. I would recommend asking for a different room if you're assigned 485. If we were there for an extended time we would have requested a different room but as we were only there 2 nights it wasn't worth the hassle.
I have stayed at this hotel before and in the past really enjoyed my stay. This time however it is clear that the hotel needs alot of updating and requires more staff that can properly clean the rooms and service the front desk. I called about 10 times before I was able to reach a live person at the front desk. Stained towels and blankets were common during our stay. We were given a room that the corridor is open like a balcony and is over the bar/lounge area. It was super noisy every single night until about 12 am. I mean extremely loud, you can hear the noise over the television.I will not be returning to this hotel when I visit the orlando area again.
It was a not so good experience. The room looked nice upon entering. We dropped our luggage and walked to Disney springs for shopping and dining. Upon return we expected to shower and rest for our first day in the parks. However, we then noticed the shower had water in it and would not drain. Als, the one and only charging port did not work. We called the front desk. Long story short it took until almost 1am to clear the drain. Even knowing the shower wasn't clean as a housekeeper would have noticed a clogged drain if they actually cleaned it, we showered and tried to sleep. The noise from the neighboring room made it difficult. Upon leaving the next morning I expressed my disappointment. Their response was to try to sell me a timeshare offer. Its been a week and I've yet to receive an apology.
