Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Wish sliding door to bathroom slid all the way closed. Appeared not to by design. Also, having one of 3 elevators out of service with a big convention there made getting out the morning we left a challenge, but we made it eventually.

This is a nice property which we enjoyed for our anniversary staycation. There was a mixup with our room but the front desk team was able to figure everything out for us and gave us a voucher for breakfast.

The room and premises are very nice. There were a few issues I thought were a bit ridiculous. You could not get onto their internet unless you were a honors member. Also there were 2 bottle waters left with ice bucket, if you were not a honors member they cost 3dollars. For the internet you could sign up then and then get on. The honors membership does not cost anything however it seems silly to have to do so. It makes the hotel seem desperate for members. Otherwise everything is really nice and clean etc.

The property needs a upgraded asap. The air-conditioning units are very loud. The water didn't stay hot. But, the hotel and the room was clean. We only booked there because of the Fl. St. Competition. I have no desire to go there again

The staff I encountered were all polite, friendly and and professional. However the 1 out of 3 elevators were operating, tv in my room did not work and there was a roach in the bathroom. I bought my own cleaning supplies so I didn’t bother alerting the staff. I booked the room to attend a convention and there were two other groups there simultaneously.
