Wonderful stay! Balcony was wonderful, the front desk was very helpful! Late checkout permitted with asking and they provided two waters and two beverages @ the bar (alcoholic or non-alcoholic upon checkin). Pool was clean and beautiful. 10 minute walk to/from Disney Springs & transportation to/from Disney main 4 parks included & super user friendly!

Just a standard room, it was clean and comfortable. Good view of the fireworks from our room that had a balcony. The only thing that we didn't like was the bright light on the balcony.Wish there was a way to turn that off.

View from balcony was good, the room was properly clean, and staff was very attentive and helpful. I was able to check in my baggage for storage before I got my room. Even then, I requested early check-in and was able to get a room. That was very nice. Breakfast was very good. I wish there were more vegan options. Overall, I had a really good experience.

I could not believe that they clean the rooms every five nights!!!!, We stayed for 7 nights: 2 adults and two kids. Since we arrived, the room has not been neat and clean. Then, a few days later, we asked if they could clean the room, even though we said we could pay extra. They said yes, but they did not. The clean service is a 1 star hotel level. I will never stay there again, and I will not recommend it.
