First, the property does not look like the pictures. Dilapidated transient The smell of strong mold hit us as soon and we opened the door. There was evidence everywhere that moisture had permeated furniture, all metal surfaces, walls, etc. The property and room felt entirely unsafe and we ended up finding a different hotel and did not even stay in our room at this property longer than 20 minutes.

I was mover to five rooms, the first has no curtain and no a/c. The second has a smoke detector that needed a battery and the TV was smashed. The third was infested with roaches. The fourth was great. But when is came back that late afternoon, someone else was given the room. Them the fifth room, had no hot water, and the bathroom sink would not drain. This was the worst place to stay in my life. I would have been better off staying with the bums in the parking lot in the gas station next door.

Not a good value even for around $75 for the night. And the water pressure went to zero during my stay. They did get it back up again within about one hour. The check-in person is behind THICK bullet proof lexan, which should tell you something. Bathroom floor had a muddy foot print before I entered only positive really was the location. near to airport and Universal theme parks

I stayed 4 weeks paid with 2 different apps the place is nasty full of roaches my room was full of mold I called the state and contacted red roof but didn't get any kind of compensation I had to clean the stinky mold out of the shower the sheets had pubic hair floors was so nasty the water was muddy they wouldn't give toilet paper I had to wash my own towels no service every 2 weeks no service provided at all the website says coffee in lobby nope no coffee says racks for dishes nope only a nasty cabinet says on the website NO ANIMALS almost all tenants have animals but they want 500 a week I have a 700,00 dollar home I had to stay in that trash hotel to get my home remodeled not everyone is from the ghetto and not all tenants enjoy smelly rooms mold roaches and the drug dealers out side the doors all night I have hired a lawyer and I have pictures and video recording of workers telling me wash my own towels no toilet paper and much more mess I have pictures and documentation of every thing I encountered at that trash hotel and with the staff
