Staying at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. Super clean, maintained, and beautiful. Our suite was perfect, felt like being in a home with a kitchen and amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with hot items changing daily. Eggs, waffles or pancakes, potatoes, sausage or bacon. It was very pleasant. Beds super comfy, accommodating staff. Hands down, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be staying there again and highly recommend you do too.

The rooms are well kept , great view from the with floor. Breakfast on day one was horrible the second day much better big difference. Staff was nice the entire weekend/stay. The travel attendant was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious / comfy, me and my family enjoyed the stay overall. The surround business need better upkeep. Walking distance from a decent shopping plaza / small amusement park.

I had a very disappointing experience with Expedia. I informed them about an early check out from my hotel due to a serious medical emergency involving my two-month-old daughter, who had to undergo unexpected surgery. I informed the hotel’s General Manager, Eduardo De La Torre, in person a head of time, and he clearly stated that if Expedia approved the cancellation, they would have no problem issuing a refund. Despite this, Expedia denied the refund without even requesting medical documentation. To make matters worse, I was constantly being messaged back and forth between Expedia and the hotel. Expedia kept telling me that the hotel was responsible for the refund, while the hotel told me that it was up to Expedia to approve it. I was stuck in the middle with no real support from either side. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this lack of empathy, responsibility, and basic customer service has left me very disappointed and made me reconsider ever using Expedia again. There are other travel platforms that handle emergencies with more compassion and accountability.

The place is nice and the staff service is great. The only problem was the 2 elevators that is always out of service and most of the time left with 1 working elevator. And it’s hard when it doing like that around 7-11 AM during breakfast time and checking out time. It’s hard to catch the elevator.
