This was our 1st time staying at this new property at this location. It was conveniently closed to Epic Universe within 10 mins Uber. The hotel is fresly new with minor glitches of bathroom mirror light was out but it was replace by the next day as I had asked. The breakfast options were good with many varieties. The room was comfort with kitchen and utensils. I like the standing shower with provided soap dispensers and spacious. I tend to stay away from hotel with bathtub shower as it's too small and compact. I would return to this locaiton in the future.

This hotel was so nice and clean! Absolutely loved the breakfast options and the free shuttle to universal. Only complaint would be the staff, not so friendly and personable. The staff on breakfast duty seemed very angry and annoyed and did not interact with the hotel guests.

Clean, breakfast options was great! The only thing is the property offered a shuttle service to Universal we has our receipt and waited in the lounge as they instructed 15 minutes before the service was to arrive, and it never showed up. This set a delay to our morning, but other than that it was a good stay!

New property, rooms were laid out well. AC in common areas was not operating in some areas. Limited parking did not seem entirely safe/secure as quite a few access points. Beds and pillows not very comfy. Shower was small and had pitiful presssure. Breakfast was nice and offered plenty of options.
