The shuttle driver was excellent! I am an amputee and she was so helpful and made sure I was safe getting in and out of the van! The front desk staff kept our luggage until we could check-in! I just wish check in could be earlier especially since we get off the cruise ship so early!

In need of repairs. All doors squeaked so loudly we coulsnt uae thr batheoom witbout waking everyone up. Door handle on interior of room door fell off in our hand. No one wanted to use the shower, it looked old and the grout was black. Won't stay here again.

Not well kept. Everything looked old and worn, dirty or neglected. It seemed like everything was broken, ice machines, door key, toaster, jacuzzi, staff relationships, elevator. Photos and room descriptions were inaccurate the 2 queen size beds were definitely not queens. However, there were a lot of people occupying the hotel, so maybe I'm being overly critical. Ultimately, this felt like a terrible value. I paid $150/night and it felt like I over paid by about $100/night. I've seen and stayed in better motels.

We had two issues this trip. We’ve stayed here before but this time, the faucet in the tub would not shut off. I’m not talking about a drip. It was running. Maintenance couldn’t fix it but they did move us. The other was an inconvenience, the pool was filled and running but we were told no one could use it. Loaded with chemicals. Disappointing for our 4 year old as we were booked there for two nights.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I didn't even have time to try and even attempt to get a refund because I was itching just from the state of the room. I got off of a cruise and needed somewhere to stay for a night, and La Quinta seemed to be a decent price. I arrived at 11 and was told I couldn't check in until 3, no problem. After waiting for hours the room the was provided had stains throughout the lamps, boogers on the walls, mold on the bottom bed sleeves, mold covering the dresser, and what I believe was also a blood stain on the mattress itself. A waste of time and money. I recommend the Wyndham Garden roughly 10 minutes away. Clean and beyond friendly!!!

The place was clean, but very old me and my kids went to the pool which was cold so then we tried the hot tub which was colder than the pool. Our door would barely shut. I didn’t feel safe. The water would not turn off in the shower and then the tub will not drain

Needs some help, little rundown

Had to have cards rekeyed everyday. Bathroom wasn’t super clean, toilet didn’t flush well. Elevator made horrible sounds.
