The room itself was clean. The water pressure was very poor. The staff was exceedingly loud in the hallways in the morning doing their room cleanups and despite getting a late check out, they still knocked on my door before 9 AM. The breakfast area was not well attended nor well stock.

The room was neglected for sure the handle to door bathroom was missing and had to call for someone to help open the door to be able to get out and there was dust in the furniture as if it hadn’t been clean in awhile

The room was just terrible the door to the bathroom the handle was broken off and when we had to use the restroom we had to call the other person to push the door open so you could get out. My room was dirty and in the bathroom was a dirty face towel on top of the shower curtain. The staff rude and racist, they charged a fee for parking when you are paying so much for the room on top of that you have to pay for parking too. The housekeeper making sooo much noise around the room talking loud slamming doors and knocking on your door way to early. The manager doesn’t care when I spoke to him he got mad and gave actitud.

Breakfast was Ok, the shuttle to pick you at the airport, the wait is just too long. You don't go to terminal C, the hike to another terminal was no joke. How you you do a bungle and don't go to that airline terminal and was informed prior.
