It was an okay experience. The hotel could use some updates all around (for example the door latch plate from our room was slightly off and to close the door it had a trick). Also the elevator wasn't working, which was a downside for me, since I am currently using a cane to move around due to foot surgery and going up and down the stairs to the third floor each time was exhausting and an inconvenience. However, the front desk employees were really nice and apologetic over this and helped us throughout our stay as best as they could. We didn't make a fuss because overall the room was nice, was accesible for my mobility issues, and quiet, and the employees were friendly. Also, we were grateful to be able to get a room at an economic rate and last minute when our original hotel cancelled our reservation due to issues with the reservation site.

The location is good, towels are old, the hotel hallways are dirty, breakfast is only bread, there is no coffee, milk or juices, when I asked for milk for some cereal, the guy said he was the owner and that he was not going to put anything, that it did not matter to him, and he became aggressive and began to remove the bread that was there from the previous day, very bad service, they offer complementary breakfast from 6-9 am and they do not comply, very bad behavior from that manager or owner, he does not care about the customers, they lack education and professionalism in customer service. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room wasn’t clean at all, and the elevator didn’t work. I had to use the stairs up to the third floor with a person with a disability, which was extremely inconvenient. The morning shift clerk was also unhelpful and dismissive—he spoke to us as if we were staying there for free. Totally unacceptable experience.

This property is not worth the price, they had roaches, they had dust and dirt all over the room, and the bed covers (not the sheets, but not a full comforter either) was dirty. It was like all they did to clean the room was take out the trash, change out towels, and sheets. When I requested a partial refund because I believe you pay for what you get and I was willing to pay 40 dollars for that room. It was NOT worth 75, they refused the refund. The TV barely worked the coffee maker was dirty. I have picture evidence, but am unable to load it on this site at this time.

The hotel looked great on the outside, but once you stepped in, it looked mediocre. The room assigned to us had dark blotches on the carpet. The bed was collapsed on the right side. The receptionist couldn't be understood as she spoke too soft. I wouldn't recommend this La Quinta to friends or family. Not all La Quintas are in this condition. I've stayed in better ones.

Room was comfortable as far as amenities, but hotel is dated & somewhat unclean. Elevator appears to have been out of service awhile. One guest coming down stairwell stated with frustration, “don’t touch anything, it’s gross.” No egg or yogurt options for breakfast.
