the front staff was as helpful as they could be. My card was charged for a stay that I never stayed. working with expedia now but I would suggest do not book through 3rd party with this hotel.

Do not stay here! First room 3rd floor, Air was Horrible and room smells, moved us to the first floor and the room had roaches and the Air had a very loud squeak all night. Also the shower rod fell. Tried to get refund and get another place but they said it would be several days to refund

There were bed bugs in the property we were provided, the room I had prepaid for was not available. Additionally, the pool was not maintained making it not suitable to swim in. There were a lot of issues while in the stay, I would like to point out that although the property is not appealing, the staff handles all matters urgently and respectfully.

Face it, price is your thing, beds are comfy

Price was great, breakfast was okay (note for allergy peeps the lucky charms had cheerios in them, good thing we picked it up), my biggest beef is that the thing clearly said there was a pool and hot tub, there is no pool and hot tub in the hotel, they tell you to go across the street. AC blows cold!

We only stayed overnight. The room was hot, AC not working. Didn’t bother to let the front desk know since when we checked in there was a customer fighting because the staff said there were no rooms available.

Never staying again

The first room we were given had 3 roaches. I went to the front desk they moved our room. Being that there was an event we couldn’t find any other vacancies. The second room was old and run down I went and purchased product to wipe things down. The breakfast was nothing but waffles, cereal, bread and bagels. We cut our trip short. I’ve stayed at Wyndham plenty of times and have NEVER experienced this before. Oh and the elevator didn’t work so with all out luggage that was a lot!

Didnt reimbursed the $100 they promised after the stay. Ended up paying $175 for a 12 hr stay. Its not worth the stay. Better off at a motel. Plus there were roaches, coffee was bad, and the shower was weak.
