I’ve paid for so many extra services that I never actually receive—larger seats, seat reservations, internet access, and more. On top of that, things got so confusing: I thought both of my reservations were with Esprit Airlines, but it turned out one of them was with Frontier. When I explained that I had booked my flight with Esprit, they denied it, of course, and I was forced to purchase another ticket with Esprit.

This property was HORRIBLE. I found 3 live roaches in my room. The bathroom reeked of urine. The AC unit was LOUD.The room had a weird maple syrup smell and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped as there were food particles visible throughout the room . The lobby and hallway had a strong presence of marijuana.

I was moved several times hotel is a dump. 1st almost broke my back sat it a chair that was broken and didn't realize and fell. 2nd room was dirty 3rd room airco didn't work and and i got bitten by something broke out everywhere
