Check in was easy. Location of resort was convenient to many Orlando activities, including Epic Universal.. Room was clean and comfortable but toilet did not flush. After contacting maintenance and front desk twice. toilet was fixed. We expressed our gratitude to front desk. Hotel staff were great and responsive to any need.Parking garage was easy and convenient to get in and out of and to park, but Expedia web site did not mention a $22 per day charge for parking. That made an otherwise reasonably priced stay borderline unreasonable.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that parking wasn't included with the room and the Hilton staff (not local hotel staff) tried pushing a time share on us. Beware, if you book at this location, you're likely to get a hard sell on a time share.

I accidently left my gold chain in the room and checked out. This is a $10,000 chain by the way. About 4 hours later the head of security (Ivan) called my cell and asked me if i left an item in the room. OMG! MY CHAIN. He said, Yep! Dont worry sir, we have it here for you and offered to mail it. Luckily i was still in the area and picked it up before i left Orlando. Thank you to the house keeper and thank you to the entire staff! I wont stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando!

The room was spacious and perfect for our 2 couples and 2 kids trip. The room has everything we needed with great views of Orlando. The amenities at this property were amazing. We loved the activities room, it had something for everyone to enjoy. The splash pad was a huge hit and so was the open space on the soccer area.
