Front desk ladie was rude and most definitely NOT helpful in fact she was trying to over charge us not knowing we will receive an instant text of amount trying to be charged and when I asked why she said it’s not her charging it’s the computer, total BS!! the rooms were dirty and had bugs everywhere. Rooms had a very bad smell. The walls are so thin it seemed like the people next door were actually in our room. And to top it off the beds were so uncomfortable. I would never ever stay at this “Resort” neither would I recommend anyone. I was booked for the whole weekend but checked out after my first night and of course no refund!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

We recently stayed at Legacy Vacation Resort, and I’m so glad we did. I was honestly a little skeptical at first because of some of the bad reviews, but this place completely changed my mind. The resort was very nice and had plenty of room for everyone in our group, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts was having access to multiple pools and hot tubs — there are three pools and three hot tubs total, and we even had a pool and hot tub all to ourselves at one point, which was amazing. The front desk staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Our room was also very clean and well kept. This has officially become our new favorite place to stay when we visit Florida, and we will definitely be coming back.
