We had a hiccup with sign in, but staff was quick to fix it for us. They are very friendly. We traveled with small children and the rooms were large and open. We used the fully stocked kitchen. A plus that a super Walmart is just down the road. Will stay here again

The pictures are misleading unless you stay at the main resort—the one with the pretty pool, bar, and restaurant, at least I assume, since I saw none of that. I was assigned a room with none of this, across the busy street with a lot containing more potholes than parking spots. ‘Security’ knocked on my door later in the evening one night and used my interior door in order to help the guests next door enter their room and then took off without locking off these doors appropriately. Unacceptable. When I complained at the reception desk (across the busy street), staff didn’t quite grasp why this was wrong. Hoping this review helps the next person decide NOT to stay here. Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you.

Be warned

This was my 4th stay at this property. I have always found it to be very good, however this stay we found a cockroach in the room and there was no call back from management after reporting it. Very disappointed in Legacy. Where there is one there is more… Be aware!!

I did like how big the room was for the price. It did have a clean kitchen. But it had ants. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky noisy. And there was something biting us in the room. Gnats, or chewing lice. Did not have a comfortable sleep and it felt like something was crawling on us the whole stay. We checked out early and reported the problems to the front desk. I would not stay here again.

This property was a great choice to stay at. The staff and property was great. The room was a bit dated with an older jacuzzi/ tub/ shower and the outlets were a little bit difficult to use. Otherwise, the room was great! There was entertainment in the pool area daily including bingo and karaoke. The property was very clean and lots of dining options and activities nearby. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

This is a timeshare place, but I only stayed two nights for a quick event. The front desk staff are excellent and very helpful. The property itself is very dated and old. The gym has two treadmills from the 1990s, and the gym has an old smell. The rooms are dated, and the bathtub has a weird design and needs to be changed before someone cracks their head going into the shower. The location is just off the road, and where my room was, the windows shake whenever a truck goes by. You can hear everything said in the other room. (EVERYTHING). The water had a sulphury smell, which was weird. I would not stay here again; it was just my experience.

Nous venons d’y passer 9 nuits, et je peux dire que les commentaires que nous avions lu reflètent la réalité. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses, tout est très propre mais le mobilier est un peu vieillot. Mise à part cela le complet c’est agréable. Nous avons passé quelques après-midi dans les piscines mais ne avons pas eu l’occasion de participer aux activités. C’est un hôtel dans lequel je retournerai certainement.

Bad experience!

Frontdesk employee needs to get a customer service training. Did not even greet. I requested a room at the front/street view, but the lady told me that the rooms were already assigned and i got a room at the back. Surroundings and stairs are dirty. Room is smelly, toilet keeps on flowing water and the bathtub is really high to get in. Not comfortable. Bathtub drain is clogged and there were even roaches in de room.
