Orlando Trip

If you're looking for a place to accommodate a larger family, this is an excellent no frills place to stay. The room we stayed in was spaciouse an could have fit 6-8 comfortably. Its close enough to the theme parks and has some restaurants in walking distance... having said that there aren't many sidewalks that connect so be careful.

Very good hotel, great pool, nice and big rooms. Very convenient specially if you are going to Disney but close to everything. We have a small Incident that they help me get fully resolved. Jennifer from guest experience is awesome.

I waited 45 minutes to check in. There was no acknowledgment. The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no headboard and the room had no basics you would expect from a hotel. We would never stay at this hotel again. We stayed less than 12 hours.

We liked the Wilson restaurant happy hour! We loved the spa and the pool area. We loved our room and how spacious for 3 people. We didn't like that the other amenties for the wellness center were so far away. It was cold rainy weather during our stay so we didn't go. Overall, we had a good experience.

This is the second time we have stayed and we will absolutely be back! Rooms are clean, prices are fare, amenities are great, hot showers with wonderful water pressure, area is safe and clean with convenient stores and restaurants near by. The staff at this location are genuine, helpful, professional and friendly. So happy we found this place!

Not 4 star at all. Not as pictures show. Old, run down and dirty with cockroaches in the room. Shower barely running with handle that comes off, dirty shower curtain in the 21st century. Wiped floor when we dropped water and the towel used was filthy. Resort fee expensive when we used none of the amenities as not in summer time to use pool etc.
