The villa has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a private screened-in pool to have a vacation of a lifetime with your loved ones.

As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by the large and open floor plan throughout. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal for the family with a breakfast bar and kitchen nook to seat 4. There is also a formal dining table adjacent to the living area to seat up to 6 guests. Relax in the living area after long days in the theme parks with ample sofa seating. Head to the pool area through the sliding doors and soak up the Florida sun throughout your vacation. The screened-in private pool allows you to spend all day lounging on the sun loungers or splashing about in the pool. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table or stay entertained outside with the 50-inch TV.

Play all day in the fun games room! This superhero game room is complete with a PS4, pool table, foosball table, seating area and three large TV screens. There's something for everyone to enjoy!

This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The master suite features a king-size bed and access to the pool area. There are two master suites, one located near the entrance of the home and the other bedroom is located near the garage. The little ones will love their own fun Nemo bedroom with two twin beds with a 32-inch TV. All bedrooms will have their own en-suite bathroom.

Please note this villa does not have a hot tub/spillover spa but just a short walk away the Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse has all amenities for you to enjoy.

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Great spot

The details listed are accurate. Great location as base to theme parks and very nice clubhouse and pool area. Stayed at many Windsor Hills properties in the past and this was overall comparable in terms of cleanliness decor quality and working order of all items. Minor problems wete addressed promptly

Room to spread out!

It was perfect for three sets of adults a one toddler. We did have to hide some of the beautiful breakables. Pool was an issue all week. The breaker had tripped so the pool was green. Pool man came but it just didn’t clear. Needed more chlorine. Getting to Disney was easy ride, Walmart on corner for all food. Easy use of Lyft

An Enjoyable Family Stay

Property was very lovely. Large home with plenty of room. Loved that each of the four bedrooms had their own bathroom. Enjoyed swimming in the pool and having snacks at the outside table, while watching tv. The community pool, water park area, and grill were great, especially on relaxing days taking a break from the parks. Location was convenient to stores and Disney attractions. Would stay again with a family group.

Everything was as advertised. Close to all the theme parks. The house was comfortable and easily accommodated six adults. My only suggestion is that you explain the garbage collection site. We searched for a free-standing container.

Our Stay

The overall stay and experience was very nice. We did have to call to figure out where the trash can was and to have the water dispenser from the fridge fixed but they were very prompt. I did not ask for the pool to be heated bc we assumed with the warmer weather still it would be warm. Nope. It was freezing lol I would recommend getting it heated in the later months. The kids still enjoyed it and the water park and heated pool were very nice. Will definitely stay again!

Nice Property Close to Disney

Nice property, pretty much as depicted in the listing. Windsor Hills is nice - pretty quiet with seemingly a pretty even mix of full time residents and rentals. Loved having the pool in the backyard. Kitchen was well supplied. Would have been nice to know the game room had a PS4 as we could have brought games with - the game room would be perfect for a larger group with multiple kids as kids could take over that space and leave adults with the living room.

Used the house as our stop for Disney, having stayed at a hotel for Universal. House was comfortable and spacious (could have had 2 families in there), the games room and pool were great. One ask/suggestion would be on the aircon, we could not find the controls and it was so cold!

overall great stay with a few glitches

The location and community were great! The community pool and amenities were perfect for our family. It seemed that cleaning was rushed before we arrived. There was bottle caps, wrappers and crumbs under the couches on the wood floor. There was also garbage, crumbs and hair bands in the cracks of the couches and the game room chairs. I think a good thorough cleaning would help. We also had garbage and a large recycle box heaping outside the front door for our entire stay. One king bed had no pillows except the decorative pillows. Lounge chair outside was broken. There were holes in the pool screen where geckos got in and we were unable to leave the sliding doors open or they would get in. I wish that there were maintenance checks to make sure properties were completely accurate in description.

Lovely Home, Great Location

The listing was accurate, the home was lovely. My coffee maker was not working and was promptly replaced with a simple text. The community takes great safety efforts and the location is in very close proximity to everything one needs. My only complaint is that there were too many broken/missing vertical blinds, which made it feel less private than I would have liked.

Good, but could be better.

The house is lovely on the inside and outside and we had a nice stay . But we had some issues, there were holes in the net and ants by the pool , so the pool was filled with dead flies ant ants in the morning. We did send an email and the day after a man came to clean the pool. But the holes where not fixed so we had to clean the pool each morning. 2 days later they came to fix the ant issue. We do hope that this will be fixed before next guests arrive, therefore we give 4 stars not 5.

Perfect for the parks

Our time is Orlando at this rental was perfect for our family. My parents and one of my sons friends came along on the trip. The suite set up of the bedrooms was perfect. The place was clean and updated adequately. The converted garage was nicely done to provide teenage entertainment. The washer and dryer came in unexpectedly handy. The drive to the parks was short and reasonable despite the traffic. The property felt extremely secure. We paid for pool heat, but it wasnt working and we were refunded. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved this home!

We have stayed at a few properties in this community and we really liked this home. It looked exactly in person as it did in the pictures and the property was clean when we arrived. We had a few maintenance issues that were promptly addressed by the management company.

Everything turned out good. It was a nice location for our activities. The unit was clean and everything worked. Was great to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The temperature during our visit was in the 70’s and we used the pool. Did not need to have pool heated as water was fine. Would stay and recommend again.

Wish I had better things to say, but wasn't given the chance....

I am not exactly sure why I am being asked to give a review on this property. This is the property that I did choose to stay at and paid for, after countless hours of combing through rental properties for my family's vacation. However, last minute I received an email from the property management company that this rental uses, that the property was no longer available and that I had been rebooked at a different home, not even in the same complex location, at least 15 minutes further away than we wanted to be. So, no, I did not enjoy my stay at this location- because I was told it was not available last minute, even though I had given them my money to hold the home for months and months in advance. Poor on both parties and not a way to handle business. Unfortunately I am very hesitant to use VRBO for any of my travel needs, and will most definitely not be giving this home my money again or any other home on VRBO that uses this property management company. Horrible experience.
