Returing family for the forth time 😊

This is our 4th time staying in this hotel, we love the area & how close it is to restaurants, shops, activities & the I Trolley stop is right out outside hotel. We like to be over looking the pool but we weren't when we booked in. We asked if we could be moved & there was no issue moving us the day after we arrived, staff are always helpful & friendly, hotel is spotless,They have a universal Rep onsite & they will help with with any kind of queries even Non universal. The only issue we had was we couldn't have a late check out this time due to a lot of people checking out. It was disappointing as we'd a late night flight home. We will definitely be back staying at this hotel 😊

Stayed for my daughter’s cheer competition. Enjoyed our 2 nights. The zebra grille was really good inside the hotel. Staff was friendly. Our hotel was near the interstate and occasionally you would hear semi’s but that’s to be expected. Loved the fact there was no parking fee at the hotel.
