The housekeeping staff did a half a** job of cleaning the room. Only changing the towels and toilet paper but I had to complain to the front desk after 4-5 days of dirty coffee stained sheets (for context: I accidentally spilled coffee on my sheets while rushing to work and left a note housekeeping to change the bedding) to get the bedding changed. Other than this terrible error all other amenities were great the bathroom was clean and pristine and the items (aka towels and toilet paper) were thoroughly organized.

Perfect location

This hotel is in a great location, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We called to see if we were able to check in early and they said absolutely, they gave us a room on the first floor by the pool when mentioning having children. I’d stay here anytime we come to Orlando.

The worst room I ever stayed in

Terrible room. Rug badly stained, arm chair falling apart, air conditioning didn’t work because the filters were badly clogged, toilet made weird sounds, furniture had big pieces of laminate missing, door handle was difficult to use, top sheets had black marks on it.

Booked this place last minute and have done this twice now when taking impromptu trips to Orlando. Room was clean, bed were comfortable, grounds were quiet and it worked perfect for a quick overnight stay.
