Great Hotel but Bathroom is VERY VERY SMALL!!!!

Great service and friendly workers. Breakfast buffet was awesome but you got to pay for it. I believe it’s $14.00 something before tax. The room was clean. Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bathroom is very very small!! You barely have room to change in the bathroom!

Hello: We chose this hotel for it's location to Universal Park. It is close to the park an quite convenient. The hotel general appearance is "faded"... I mean that it does need some attention. For example: faded carpets, the general condition and ambience of the room and bathroom. But it was economic and in a convenient location. It served it's purpose. Thanks.

Very, very good value hotel close to Universal. Clean and neat modern rooms with a microwave and refrigerator. Nice pool and hallways kept clear and neat. I've stayed here before and enjoyed polite staff. Neighborhood is typical Orlando, with so many restaurants within waking or short car ride. Bus and trolley stop right outside the grounds that I took to Orlando Convention Center...a 15 minute ride. Well worth the price.

ALWAYS A GREAT STAY

IT IS ALWAYS A GREAT STAYING AT ROSEN HOTELS! VERY CLEAN, STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE REMODELED THE SHOWERS AND THEY WALKIN SHOWER IS VERY LARGE AND HELPFUL FOR OLDER GUEST LIKE MYSELF. IT IS CLOSE TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND DISNEY, SHOPS AND RESTRANTS.

The staff were pretty young and was professional average, depends on whom you talk with. The room was old school, a lot of humidity so we needed to open the door but otherwise it was ok and normal clean. You have a lot of stores around it (restaurants, gift shops, small supermarket) The best thing is being close to theme parks (Universal/Disney)
