I found my stay really comfortable and it was great that the room was attended to daily. The fridge in the room was useful and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was fine and the shower was very powerful which probably contributed to the slow drainage. My only disappointment was that the room had not been vacuumed. There was hairy visible on the carpet which was disappointing. Other than this, I cannot fault the room

Property was clean, comfortable, nice staff, AND reasonably priced, and as advertised very close to Universal. They offered free transport to and from Universal. Walking distance from restaurants. We would for sure stay there again.

My stay was good! The property was decent, the staffs were friendly enough, free parking, and the room was clean however the pillows on the bed was way too hard for my liking.

Hotel was clean. The food was good. It was really conveniently placed close to all of the amusement parks and there was stores and walking distance, but the breakfast is not included and the shop in the hotel is expensive.

Fine for a 1 night stay.

All of the staff was very nice and helpful. I requested extra pillows and got them quickly. The rooms are a little run down but it was fine for the night stay. The breakfast buffet was good.
