Decent Stay

The home was clean and safe and a nice home base to be close to Disney World. It was about 20 minutes to the parks and very close to the grocery store and Walmart for supplies. My main complaint was difficulty driving in the neighborhood. The streets are very narrow and congested with cars parking on both sides of the street. It seems that most of the townhomes are Vrbo rentals for families, and like us, many had rented large vehicles. That made it difficult to drive and park in the driveway. So overall, a nice home, but no frills. It was basic with uncomfortable beds and pillows. But it was clean and well kept.

Fan did not work in Twin room, spare toilet paper is needed for bathrooms. It was nice to unwind from a cruise, improvements are needed for the home with maintenance.

We decided to do a quick overnight stay close by Universal Orlando Resort so we could get to the park at a decent time in the morn. The location was perfect for that and also had some good, simple eats around for convenience. Everything was great. The townhouse was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 6. I would just bring a couple extra towels and washcloths. Overall, I would recommend this spot for your family.

The size of the property and location were perfect for Disney. Although, the carpeting was gross. There was a tip jar on the counter- tacky! There was a sticker on the window saying we were being video monitored. We were heading out the door when the property owner messaged us a 10:03am asking us to leave.

There’sa while extra room in the picture with an extra bed in the room do not be fooled! The property kitchen is infested with roaches and has no cleaning supplies or pots and pans. The neighborhood is very small and tight no privacy

The property was very nice and clean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with!

Everything was very nice. We could have used more wash cloths. We felt the temp was warm and we couldn’t control the thermostat to lower it. Bedrooms upstairs were warm.
