The property was like new and very modern. The pool at the Clubhouse remained me of a resort in Mexico. The waterpark was the highlight of the property, the grandkids loved it. I wished we received the complete experience as described in the emails I received prior to checking in but Dana did her best to make things right…thank you.

Property and house was clean and everything was in great condition and in working order. The only drawback was the parking situation. Having to walk all the way out to the parking lot with a family member that has low mobility was not convenient. Also, we were told all parking around the units was only 10 minutes at a time and it seems that lots of other guests decided that those rules did not apply to them. There were people parked all over the place at all hours of the day and night.

It was spacious and loved the personal chef experience. Nice water park. Clean grounds. Parts of our unit were in disrepair, a window was unhinged, and the rubber on the sliding glass doors was half way peeled off.

This was an incredible stay! We loved our townhouse! It was extremely clean, as well as updated. The street was also extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the proximity to the waterpark. We also enjoyed the other pools. We used the reliable and time efficient transportation, which we were very impressed with! On our last night we dined at Eleven and couldn’t have been more pleased with the view, the service and the food. We will definitely be back!

This place is perfect and has something for everyone! The only suggestion is that they create a grab and go type store. The accommodations were beyond amazing as is all the amenities. We will definitely be back again. 2 families traveling with teens and they loved it!

So far it was my best ever rental property, the house is clean, spacious , well maintained, the property has a good location, a short distance to grocery store, major restaurants and the theme parks! The employees are very kind and helpful! Will be back in the future!!

The condo was very spacious and nice inside. Our families like it. The pool and water park on site was walkable distance. We didn’t go to the water park or pool. The downstairs condo didn’t like that our families with kids were walking up the stairs and making noise. That was when we decide to cancel the remaining days. The management was understanding and process our refund. Our families did want to stay but not with that neighbors downstairs getting angry before quiet hours.

This was a beautiful property. The condo was so lovely and clean. It felt like we were the very first guests to stay in it. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about this resort. We had a wonderful time.
