Breakfast offered a variety of choices and was of good quality. Would have personally liked bacon as an option but wasn’t available until last morning of our stay. Only issue was miscommunication on the day housekeeping was going to come because they didn’t show on the scheduled day. Front desk staff did well getting me clean towels and a garbage bag. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the on-site bar and grill. The kids had an arcade to play in and the hotel is conveniently close to WDW parks and close enough to additional food and shopping for Uber Eats or DoorDash to get to us after a long day of chasing kids through theme parks.

My room had palmetto bugs. The room was changed to a similar room but the overhead bed light did not work even with the master switch turned on. The bathroom had no hair dryer. The breakfast scrambled eggs were cold.No cream for the coffee only 2% scim milk. the waffles were stale.

- the automatic blinds were broken (we needed Maintenance to come and fix them before we could go to slee). - the lightbulb was out in the walk in closet - the pillows were horrible. We had to go to Target and grab a few cheap ones to get us thru our trip. - in order to get coffee in the morning, I had to walk outside thru a corridor and it was usually old coffee - we had to call daily and ask for housekeeping to either bring us towels. - we stayed for 4 nights and our beds were never made ONCE by housekeeping (we were told we would get a refresher) but they never came. - we had to call the front desk 3/4 days to get fresh towels. - we emptied our own garbage in the evening & left it in the hallway (since we didn’t have housekeeping) and it was still outside in the hallway in the morning. - I went to target and got my own disinfectant wipes to clean our bathroom (since housekeeping never came) - you have to PAY for parking (I didn’t know that when I booked).
