Our family has stayed at this hotel many times, when visiting Disney. It’s incredibly convenient and clean, close to several dining options and a Target, and minutes from the parks. However, this time we learned that you now have to separately pay for parking via QR code, like you’re in a downtown hotel and chose street parking. Talk about not thinking about customer experience!! Then, for the first time ever, we encountered nightmare service from the front desk associate- the one manning the desk with a line several people long by the time he got to us. He took forever with each guest, which wouldn’t be an issue if that was because of his world class service…. No, he was just slow and painfully rude. We’d visit again given the hotel’s location but the parking and service certainly will move it down in the list of properties we’ll seek out in the future.

Property was great. Mobility room bathroom was a big size. Not sure how anyone could shower alone: Shower seat was on one end and couldn’t reach water tap or shower host was short to reach. Toliet paper holder was in a terrible spot beside toliet and loose. Carpet hard to roll on. Breakfast was pretty good with Mickey Mouse waffles. Location was great but shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

The staff was great. Our room was very spacious and clean. The shower was great even though it did leak on the floor some. It is very close to Disney World. Only a 15 min drive.

First time guest. Loved EVERYTHING about the hotel.....bed, linens, room size, bathroom, huge closet, clean pool, extensive breakfast buffet. Three Mickey Mouse waffle makers was the only bottle neck. Could use a few more...they were worth the wait though.
