I'll pass

The heating/AC mechanisms in this resort are interesting to say the least. We walked into our room and it was 63 degrees...after calling maintenance they tell us that the adjoining room was also running their AC which switched ours off??!! After "fixing" the issue, about 2 hours later it started to get cold again, I turn the temperature up and within about 30 mins it was 3 degrees COLDER. I check the vent and it's blowing cold air. At this point I'm tired and ready to go to sleep. I go to the front desk, they issue us another room..we pack all of our stuff and go to the other room and the key doesn't work. After waiting about 30 mins for security to show up and fix it, we finally get to sleep only to have a BRIGHT LIGHT shining through the bedroom window which has no curtains..while we also froze in the new room. Needless to say I'll pass on another stay at this joint.

Bugs and floods

First room had dead roach, as well as major flooding from the jacuzzi tub water went everywhere, they looked like they never cleaned it, my socks were black within minutes of walking indoors. Yes it was spacious but that should come with the cost of bugs and major issues.

This property is great. We stayed here for a cheer competition that’s our daughters were performing at in the area. What we liked- super clean quiet Spacious Accessible Affordable What we didn’t like- You have to pay to breathe. They charge if you request more towels. To make phone calls. No late checkout. Checkout is at 10a. Our girls had to be at competition at 2:30p so they had to prep in the car. I don’t know if it was the elevator or the AC but we kept hearing it turn on and off throughout the night. The AC It was hot in one room and freezing in the other.

I enjoyed the room the we chose as it included a hot tub in the room. We specifically chose a room with a kitchen and everything worked perfectly. I still believe we had a smart tv as there was an option on the screen for us to choose Netflix but the tech that came to our room said the tv in the room was not a smart tv. As it was not super important to us to watch Netflix, we just left that situation alone and watched whatever was on the channels. I would book here again as it felt luxury with a moderate price. Another thing, you are only allowed four sets of towels for your room during your stay unless you are staying 6 nights or more which you would get another four sets as an exchange. I personally enjoy changing my towels every day when I’m staying at a hotel or resort to make sure my towels are clean as possible.

Booked a deluxe 1 bedroom. Room nice, but came with only 4 towels for a 4 day stay, and 2 tiny rolls of toilet paper and a tiny bottle of shampoo, enough for two showers. Had to buy shampoo and toilet paper as well as a sponge, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Also, had no elevator in a three story building. Not handicapped friendly.

Nice place to stay. The unit was clean but we found a little cockroach in the trashcan during our stay and after using the whirlpool some black stuff came out the pipes (no idea what that was) but I just washed it down and used it anyway. The property is nice and the staff too. There are many activities to do in the hotel. I would stay there again. I found it comfy, and very quiet to sleep and relax during our vacation.

I came during a cold wave in Florida and had to use heat in suite. Thankful the facility is equipped with simple thermostats. Have stayed in a few places where adjusting room temperature is impossible. The housekeeping staff were easy to communicate with and all questions about garbage disposal were given attention.
