This place was clean and spacious. Pool was great. Bar and staff were great. Deli not good as food was tasteless and costly. Both times we purchased counterperson was pointedly looking for additional tip for nothing on top of overpriced food which already included 18% percent gratuity. No wonder that it was mostly empty.

The place was very convenient and had a ton of perks like live music, pool bar, a while games area as well. The only thing I would say is the floors in the actual hotel room were extremely dirty. Other than that it was a great experience.

The rooms are dated and there were roaches in the room. Also ac didn't work. Maintenence came took a look and didn't resolve the matter. Told management about it and no attempt to fix or make right. Good thing i only stayed one night.

I love the inside of the property very beautiful pool are was also nice but the people feed the wildlife so they linger around day and night waiting to be fed other then that everything else was excellent

The bed was about a 7/ 10 when it comes to all sorts of hotels and resorts ive stayed at, but the sheets were gross looking. It was nice that the property had a garden tub, what was awful was scrubbing it clean, the jets looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years, there was black gunk all in and around them, the floors werent mopped properly so after walking around for about 30 minutes in the room my feet were turning black, the shower had soap scum in it that was very obvious, the outlets in the room were falling out of the wall, the toilet made an awful squeeling noise every time you flushed it for about 5 minutes straight, the couch was very hard and uncomfortable. They also lock the thermostat so you cant get it under 73 ( thank you youtube for teaching me how to drop it). We had people staying in the unit next to us and you can hear everything in the units very very clear, theres really no noise barrier. Overall i wouldnt stay here a 2nd time and that truly is a bummer considering a lot of places dont offer garden tubs anymore but i refuse to pay over 400 for 2 nights for a unit i need to clean myself.

Resort has misleading information about the rooms. I reserved a 4 BR villa but instead I received connecting rooms with a small pull out couch instead of a third room. When front desk was contacted they accept the is misleading information but there was nothing they can do. They need to stop using false advertisement.

La muchacha de la oficina fue muy formal pero las persona de seguridad le hicieron varias llamadas para que me abriera la puerta ya que la targeta no servía. Y tuve que esperar aproximada mente 40 minutos con mi hijo autista Gracias a ese mal servicio. La muchacha de la oficina tuvo que ir personalmente a entregarme. La llave ya que la o las otras personas. Nunca aparecieron.

The resort is beautiful with a lot of activities like bingo every knight and spa services, karaoke, etc. Its one of the better resorts in Orlando. I like it way better than Westgate Resorts
