The rooms are outdated. The tv in the bedroom was the old original wire flat screens and the volume was low. The main is the staff. Most were on their phones , talking amongst each other and are very blunt and bland when they “helped you.”

If you book through Expedia the property doesn’t guarantee what you are told you will get. We thought we had laundry in our room which was important as we have a large family but we didn’t get it. Instead we had to use broken washers and dryers on the main floor which was difficult to do as we were on holidays. The staff didn’t care when we complained. Fresh towels are $7 each time if you want them. It is a party resort so expect to be kept up all hours of the night. We could hear our neighbours above usuntil 2am

Great location near Orlando

We always stay here when visiting Orlando/Kissimmee. Suites are very spacious and comfortable. Location is convenient and the pool is nice. Great for families too

There were bugs and ants dead and alive We weren’t able to sleep well because we were up killing ants all night The office sent someone to spray but it didn’t help the issue The place desperately needs upgrades. Everything is outdated. EVERYTHING!!!!!

The resort has a lot of potential but it just missed the mark on everything. At check in the staff is completely rude and clearly does not want to be there. The grounds have potential by having larger units but they are extremely outdated and not clean at all. The common areas are filthy and very noisy. The one positive I did see is that they do have an entertainment staff that keeps events going on like Bingo and Karaoke. It makes for a fun stay. It also keeps to stay busy and not be in the filthy rooms.

This is my second time staying here. The first time was a way better experience. I remember the manager being rude that was the only part of my stay that was annoying..and he was still there the second time around. Our room smelled wet/musty.. it was dingy looking, there were kids running down the hall screaming the whole time .. It was not like the pictures and the manager was not accommodating at all. We stayed for 6 nights and needed more towels, they charged me for more towels since my stay wasn’t 7 nights they said 😃 SO the only nice part about this place is the pool
